海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态研究

【摘要】：孤悬海外的海南岛自古以来在经济、文化等各方面发展相对缓慢，地处偏僻的传统聚落，交通艰难，交流闭塞，更易保持和延续自身缓慢的发展历程。尤其是随着现代经济的高速发展，在很多地域传统聚落经受不住外界强大的冲击，面临地域特色的蜕变和消失的境遇。在海南岛仍有很多保持完好风貌的传统聚落。这些传统聚落本身携带有大量原真性的历史信息，这些历史信息不仅仅代表着海南特殊地域环境下的聚落与建筑空间形态特征，还承载着祖国大陆时刻传递进来的传统聚落与建筑空间形态的丰富信息。关于海南岛的研究虽然在近代关键的时刻屡屡掀起高潮，，但仍有很多研究的角落存在空白和不足，尤其是被认为落后的生产方式下的海南岛传统聚落常被冠以“原始”、“古拙简陋”而一直不被人们所关注。适应生存，曾经延续几百年的传统聚落是地域发展、历史演化的见证和载体。历经千年发展演变，不断改进的生产方式和聚居与建筑空间形态都应该是人类探索地域生存方式的智慧结晶。地处热带岛屿的海南岛所产生的传统聚落与建筑空间形态，其表观虽显现的“简陋”、“古拙”，但不影响其独特的地域人居环境的特殊价值。其传统聚落表观下所隐含的人与自然、人与人、人与社会等的人生观、世界观及其表达在聚落与建筑物质空间形态上的智慧思考方式更是理解特殊地域条件下的人居环境的宝贵资源。深入系统的探析海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态的特色是本论文的主要目的和内容。以海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态“多源融汇，和而不同”的嬗变演化特征为线索，从物质载体层面，在时间、空间维度上分析传统聚落宏观空间形态特征；在地理区域维度上分析传统聚落微观空间形态特点；从文化精神层面，依托物质分析基础，在更大地域空间范围内，深入剖析传统聚落与建筑空间形态的深层内涵，最终总结海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态的特色。这其中涉及在宏观岛屿层次上纵向的分析传统聚落的分布和演变历程，从时间维度探求海南岛传统聚落空间形态嬗变机理及其特征，明确海南岛传统聚落空间形态的总体特征。在微观的传统建筑层次上横向分析各个例调查，从空间维度探求海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态的差异，丰富和深化研究的目的和内容。研究的内容可分解为以下四个主要的子命题：（1）海南岛传统聚落的发生、变迁及其生成演变的特点；（2）海南岛传统聚落空间形态的宏观总体特点；（3）海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态的特点及地区和民族微观差异；（4）海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态的地位。围绕以上四个子命题，全文主要分为三大部分，共八章内容。第一章绪论，阐述论文的选题。从选题的缘由、目的、意义、研究的现状、研究的内容、研究的方法、技术路线、内容框架以及可能的研究创新点做全面的阐述。第二章为第一部分。从海南岛传统聚落发生、变迁及演变历程中探寻其生成及演变的动力，分析聚落生成演变的特点。第三章、第四章、第五章为第二部分。主要从宏观和微观两个层次分析海南岛汉、黎不同类别的传统聚落与建筑的空间形态。既关注其宏观共同特点，又分析其在地区和民族间的微观差异。从聚落时空演变角度，在全岛范围内从聚落选址、形态构成、建构体系以及聚落群空间关系等方面分析了海南岛汉、黎族传统聚落的空间形态特点；以汉、黎传统聚落构成的基本建构单元着手，由共性分析衍伸至个性探讨，由基本建构单元拓展分析聚落与建筑空间形态整体的生成机理及其原因。第六章、第七章、第八章为第三部分。从建构思想和文化脉络分析海南岛传统聚落与建筑空间形态的深层内涵，并将其置于岭南地域范围内进行对比分析，进而分析其自身的典型特点和区域地位。在此基础上，从传统聚落与建筑空间形态的持续发展与借鉴角度，针对大量传统聚落当代发展的需求，在传承和借鉴传统聚落与建筑空间形态的基础上，提出覆盖全岛的传统聚落保护与更新的策略和途径。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, Hainan Island has developed relatively slowly in economic, cultural and other aspects. In particular, with the rapid development of modern economy, many traditional settlements can not withstand the strong impact of the outside world. The transformation and disappearance of the characteristics of the region. There are still a lot of traditional settlements in Hainan Island. These traditional settlements themselves carry a large number of historical information of the original authenticity. These historical information not only represent the settlement and architectural features of the special geographical environment in Hainan, but also carry the time of the motherland. Although the study of Hainan Island has repeatedly raised its climax at the critical moment in modern times, there are still many gaps and shortcomings in the corner of research. Especially, the traditional Hainan Island settlement, which is considered to be backward, is often referred to as "primitive", "unclumsy and humble" and has never been paid attention to.
To adapt to survival, the traditional settlement which has lasted for hundreds of years is the witness and carrier of the regional development and historical evolution. After the evolution of the millennium development, the continuous improvement of the mode of production and the form of settlement and building space should be the wisdom of the human exploration of the way of subsistence. The traditional settlements and buildings in the tropical island of Hainan Island Although the appearance of space is "simple" and "unclumsy", it does not affect the special value of its unique regional human living environment. A deep and systematic analysis of the characteristics of Hainan Island traditional settlement and architectural space form is the main purpose and content of this paper. This involves the analysis of the distribution and evolution of traditional settlements on the macro Island level, the evolution mechanism and characteristics of the spatial morphology of the traditional settlement in Hainan Island from the time dimension, and the overall characteristics of the spatial morphology of the traditional settlement in Hainan Island. The purpose of this study is to explore the differences between traditional settlement and architectural spatial form in Hainan Island, so as to enrich and deepen the purpose and content of the study.
The research contents can be decomposed into the following four main sub themes:
(1) the characteristics of the occurrence, change and evolution of the traditional settlement in Hainan Island; (2) the macro overall characteristics of the spatial form of the traditional settlement in Hainan Island; (3) the characteristics of the traditional settlement and architectural space in Hainan Island and the microscopic differences between the region and the ethnic groups; (4) the status of the traditional settlement and architectural space form of Hainan Island.
Based on the above four sub themes, the paper is divided into three parts, eight chapters.
The first chapter introduces the topic of the paper, from the reason, purpose, significance, research status, research content, research method, technical route, content framework and possible research innovation point.
The second chapter is the first part. From the occurrence, changes and evolution of traditional settlement in Hainan Island, we explore the power of its formation and evolution, and analyze the characteristics of the evolution of settlement.
The third chapter, the fourth chapter, and the fifth chapter is the second part, mainly from the macro and micro two levels to analyze the spatial forms of the traditional settlements and buildings of different categories of Hainan Island, China and Lebanon. It not only pays attention to its macro common characteristics, but also analyzes its microscopic differences between regions and nationalities. The spatial form characteristics of the traditional settlement of the Han and Li Nationality in Hainan Island are analyzed in the form of form, the construction system and the spatial relations of the colony, and the basic construction unit composed of the Han and Li traditional settlements, from the common analysis to the individuality, expands the analysis of the formation mechanism of the whole settlement and the architectural space form from the basic construction unit. And its reasons.
The sixth chapter, the seventh chapter, the eighth chapter is the third part. The deep connotation of the traditional settlement and architectural space form in Hainan Island is analyzed from the construction thought and cultural context, and it is compared and analyzed in the regional scope of South of the Five Ridges, and then the typical characteristics and regional status of its own are analyzed. On this basis, the traditional settlement and the architectural space form are analyzed. On the basis of inheriting and drawing on the traditional settlement and building space form, the strategies and ways to cover the protection and renewal of the traditional settlement of the whole island are put forward on the basis of the demand of the modern development of a large number of traditional settlements.
