青年小户型住宅室内设计研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪,随着我国经济的高速发展和城市化水平的不断提高,大量人口不断集中于城市,以致城市人口对于住宅的需求量急剧增加,城市住宅价格居高不下。再者,根据我国城市居民收入调查,中低收入家庭比重大。这些家庭若要购买一套大套型的商品房几乎要花掉毕生的积蓄,而且巨大的付款基数和银行贷款利息也成为家庭支出的沉重负担。因而,小户型住宅的出现有效地降低了购房总价,也为解决广大市民的住房问题找到了一个现实可行的突破点。小户型住宅作为一种过渡性的户型形式,在城市住房的更新中处于一个承上启下的环节,它以经济适用的价格和优越的户型优势,对青年购房者有着极大的吸引力。而青年小户型住宅作为一种针对青年人群的新概念的城市居住形式,它的价值不仅体现在面积、价格等简单意义上,更多地是代表着一种新的生活态度和居住文化。当代青年人是城市建设的主力军,作为在响应计划生育国策号召下成长起来的一代,他们已赶上了时代的步伐,成为时代的领跑者。他们已具备较高的学历和文化素养,但大多数人正处于工作及事业的上升阶段,经济实力还相对薄弱。在生活中他们重视工作学习和社交活动,追求时尚,尊重个人生活,居住模式上呈现出不稳定和流动性强的特点,居住需求也伴随着生活行为的变化而不同往日。论文以当代青年人这一特定人群为研究对象,将主要内容分为五个章节。第一章绪论部分对小户型住宅的相关概念、定义进行表述,并对此类课题的国内外研究现状加以总结。第二章针对当代青年人群(特别是“80后”、“90后”人群)的生理、心理特点,对他们的生活方式、消费方式、居住行为方式等进行分析,以此作为依据来指导小户型住宅室内设计,从而营造更适合当代青年人的居住空间。第三章从青年小户型住宅室内设计要点出发,首先对人的生理、心理尺度及家具尺度进行分析,并参考人体工程学、环境心理学、行为学等学科的相关调查数据,合理规范适合小户型住宅的室内尺度。其次,通过对居住空间可变性设计和模糊性设计的分析,进一步探讨适合当前青年小户型住宅的室内空间组合方式。最后针对小户型住宅存在的许多现有问题,对如何拓展小户型住宅室内空间进行研究。第四章选取现阶段济南市比较有代表性的青年小户型住宅案例,对其室内设计方案进行分析,实现研究课题与实际项目的紧密结合,也为论文的理论性研究提供有力地案例支持。第五章为结语,结合青年小户型住宅室内设计的相关理论研究,提出个人的几点建议性总结,希望能为现阶段的青年小户型住宅室内设计提供相对科学合理的设计依据,从而提升小户型住宅的居住舒适度。基于以上研究内容,本课题的研究目的在于力求利用小户型住宅较小的室内空间创造出较高的居住舒适度,充分挖掘户内空间的内在潜力,着力满足当代青年人群富有个性化的居住需求。同时,通过课题研究的相关成果希望能为当前的青年小户型住宅室内设计提供一些新的设计思路,提升小户型住宅的居住舒适度。
[Abstract]:Entering the 21st century , with the rapid development of our economy and the increasing urbanization level , a large number of people are continuously concentrated in cities , so that the urban population demands a sharp increase in demand for housing , and the prices of urban housing are high . Moreover , according to the survey of urban resident income in our country , middle - and low - income families are more important . These families can effectively reduce the total purchase price of the house , and find a practical breakthrough for solving the housing problem of the general public .

As a transitional type of residence , the small - type residence is an important link in the renewal of urban housing . It has great attraction to the young homebuyers in the economic application price and the superior account - type advantage . The youth small - family residence is a new concept of urban residential form aiming at young people , and its value is not only reflected in the simple meaning of area , price and so on , but also represents a new attitude of life and residence culture .

Contemporary young people are the main force of urban construction . As a generation that has grown up in response to the call of family planning , they have caught up with the pace of the times and become the leader of the times . Most of them are in the rising stage of work and career , and the economic strength is relatively weak . In life they attach importance to work learning and social activities , pursue fashion , respect the individual life , and have the characteristics of unstable and mobility in the residential mode . The living needs are also different from the change of life behavior .

In this paper , the author divides the main contents into five chapters by taking the specific group of contemporary young people as the research object .

The first chapter introduces the relevant concepts and definitions of small - sized houses , and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of such subjects .

The second chapter analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the contemporary youth population ( especially the " 80 " and " 90 " population ) , analyses their way of life , consumption mode and residence behavior mode as the basis to guide the indoor design of the small - family residence , thus creating the living space more suitable for the contemporary young people .

In the third chapter , from the main points of the interior design of small - headed residential buildings , the author firstly analyzes the physiological , psychological and furniture dimensions of the people , and refers to the relevant investigation data of the subjects such as ergonomics , environmental psychology and behavioral science , and the reasonable specification is suitable for the indoor dimensions of the small - type residence . Secondly , through the analysis of the residential space variability design and the fuzzy design , the paper further discusses the indoor space combination method suitable for the current youth small - family residence . Finally , the research on how to expand the indoor space of the small - type residence is carried out for many existing problems existing in the small - sized household residence .

The fourth chapter selects the representative youth small - family residence case in Jinan , analyzes the interior design scheme , realizes the close combination of the research subject and the actual project , and provides strong case support for the theoretical research of the thesis .

In the fifth chapter , the author puts forward some suggestions for the conclusion of the related theories of the interior design of small - headed residential buildings , and hopes to provide scientific and reasonable design basis for the indoor design of youth small - headed residential buildings at present , so as to improve the living comfort of the small - type residence .

Based on the above research , the aim of this research is to make use of small indoor space to create higher living comfort , to fully exploit the inherent potential of indoor space , and to meet the individualized living needs of contemporary young people .
