城市供水管网实时监控系统的设计与监测点的优化布置

【摘要】:随着城市规模的不断扩大,传统的以人工协调操作为主的依靠经验的供水管网管理运行方式己无法满足现行系统的需求,加强供水管网的远程数据采集和监控能力对整个城市的发展有着深远的意义。为了进一步改善城市供水质量、提高供水系统运行效率,应用基于计算机技术的城市供水管网监控系统及科学地布置监测点成为必然的发展趋势。 本文针对供水管网管理运行特点,提出了城市供水管网实时监控系统的设计方案,开发了一套城市供水管网实时监控系统的的软件。该系统采用了基于GPRS的通讯网络,硬件部分采用华南理工大学开发的远程测控终端(RTU),软件部分使用亚控科技(组态王)的KingScada软件进行城市供水管网实时监控平台的开发。可以实现供水管网的实时远程监控、数据分析、故障诊断、数据查询等功能。 并且针对城市供水管网压力监测点提出了一个优化布置模型,该模型结合了压力相关性及水量影响模糊相似矩阵,并用粒子群算法进行了求解。利用该优化布置模型可以保证寻找到比随机布设更优良的布置方案。本研究对结合压力相关性及水量影响模糊相似矩阵的城市供水管网压力监测点优化布置模型进行了算例分析,,实现了压力监测点的自动优化布置,使监测范围最大化,并且通过计算结果可以给出每个压力监测点的监测区域,对于日后监测点的合理布置提供了可靠的依据。 本文对该监测点优化布置模型和常见的基于需水量影响矩阵的模糊聚类分析进行了对比研究,本文提出的模型考虑了管网的拓扑结构,并结合了水压分布和水力波动进行分析,提高了算法在实际工程中的可实施性和应用性。并将粒子群算法求解模型和遗传算法进行对比,粒子群算法解一般比遗传算法更快地收敛于最优解,并且答案同样准确,而且参数设置更加简单。最后,在城市供水管网压力监测点优化布置方案的选取上,从扩建性能出发,进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of urban scale, the traditional management mode of water supply network management based on manual coordination is unable to meet the needs of the current system. Strengthening the remote data collection and monitoring ability of water supply network has far-reaching meaning for the development of the whole city. In order to further improve the quality of urban water supply, The operation efficiency of high water supply system, the application of computer technology based monitoring system for urban water supply network and the scientific layout of monitoring points become an inevitable trend.
In view of the running characteristics of water supply network management, the design scheme of real time monitoring and control system for urban water supply network is put forward, and a set of software for real-time monitoring and control system of urban water supply network is developed. The system adopts the communication network based on GPRS, the hardware part uses the remote control terminal (RTU) developed by South China University of Technology, and the software part is used. The KingScada software of sub control technology (Kingview) is used to develop the real time monitoring platform for urban water supply network. It can realize real-time remote monitoring, data analysis, fault diagnosis and data query.
An optimal layout model is proposed for the pressure monitoring point of urban water supply network. The model combines the pressure correlation and the influence of the water quantity to the fuzzy similarity matrix, which is solved by the particle swarm optimization. The optimal layout model of the pressure monitoring point of urban water supply pipe network is analyzed with the influence of the fuzziness and the water quantity which affects the fuzzy similarity matrix. The automatic optimization arrangement of the pressure monitoring point is realized, the monitoring range is maximized, and the monitoring area of every pressure monitoring point can be given through the calculation results, and the reasonable arrangement of the monitoring points after the day is put forward. A reliable basis is provided.
This paper makes a comparative study on the optimal layout model of the monitoring point and the common fuzzy cluster analysis based on the influence matrix of water demand. The proposed model takes into account the topology of the pipe network, and combines water pressure distribution and hydraulic fluctuation to improve the feasibility and applicability of the algorithm in practical engineering. The group algorithm solution model and genetic algorithm are compared. The particle swarm optimization algorithm generally converges to the optimal solution faster than the genetic algorithm, and the answer is equally accurate, and the parameter setting is simpler. Finally, the selection of the optimal layout scheme of the pressure monitoring point in the urban water supply network is discussed from the expansion performance.
