【摘要】：正近些年,我国高等教育处于快速发展时期,高校的发展速度和规模都在不断扩大,但是在教学条件、科研条件以及生活条件上用房的紧张问题不断突显,成为制约高校发展的一个难题。为了解决这一矛盾,国家加大了对高等院校改善办学条件的财政支持,高校基建工程如火如荼的开展起来,许多院校开始兴建教学楼、实验室、科研楼、图书馆及相关配套设施和老校区的置换工作,以满足自身发展的需要。这些高校基建项目的兴建,对学校将来的长期发展以及师生教学、
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's higher education is in a period of rapid development, the speed and scale of the development of colleges and universities are constantly expanding, but in terms of teaching conditions, scientific research conditions and living conditions, the shortage of housing is constantly highlighted. It has become a difficult problem restricting the development of colleges and universities. In order to solve this contradiction, the state has increased its financial support for improving the conditions for running schools. The infrastructure projects of colleges and universities are in full swing. Many colleges and universities have begun to build teaching buildings, laboratories, and scientific research buildings. The replacement of libraries and related facilities and old campuses to meet the needs of their own development. The construction of these university infrastructure projects will contribute to the long-term development of the school and the teaching of teachers and students.
