【摘要】：一座老建筑物就是一座城市地区空间形态发展的历史“证据”，见证了人类建筑文化的发展过程，是历史文化传承、政治经济发展、人文情感体验、生活片段展现等各种物质与非物质共同作用的产物。随着社会经济的不断发展与人们生活方式的逐步转变，老建筑在城乡发展过程中的再利用成为21世纪可持续发展理论在建筑领域的必不可少的重要战略。目前，对于老建筑及空间的改造在社会上已经达成了共识，但在改造的过程中却出现不同的声音。由于老建筑空间历史与文化的特殊性，在对空间改造中，新旧之间的关系处理出现一些不和谐的表述。对空间功能的整合与共生处理上存在诸多的问题和不足，如旧化符号滥用、本土文化缺失、新旧匹配不当、文脉延续不足等。因而，寻找一种新的思路和方法，使旧建筑、老建筑的空间改造向更加理性和具有创造力的方向发展，达到空间互溶、新旧匹配、功能更新、文化再生。论文以老建筑空间改造作为切入点，通过对国内外优秀的建筑空间改造案例探讨的基础上重新认识与思考建筑空间中“新物”与“旧物”之间的本质特征和相互关系。借鉴国内外相关的理论实践成果，提出在建筑空间及老建筑空间改造过程中“新旧“共生设计理念这一主题。通过对国内历史民居建筑群落和历史工业遗产建筑的缘起、发展、蜕变及现状的实地调研考察的基础上，探索建筑空间功能形式的再创造，同时对传统的破旧立新意识进行剖析和中肯。希望借助优秀案例与参与实践过程中，对当代建筑空间中历史、时间、文脉、情感、生活等方面进行重新定位。探讨空间新旧共生之间的理念传达、方法实践、创意萌发与技术研究的问题，重新梳理空间新旧共生的辩证再思考。共生不是空间中新与旧之间简单的一唱一和关系，而在于如何定位建筑空间改造中新旧的存在比例关系。文章主要从文化重塑、文脉延伸、空间重构、功能转换、氛围营造、语言传承等角度出发，，在新旧之间寻找共生的平衡点，总结归纳出“新旧”共生设计理念的本质—新旧共生论，得出建筑空间改造中的旧物情感漫射与新物精神迎合的新旧共生的设计理念。同时在新的基础上对旧的整合、重塑、衔接来实现新旧建筑空间延伸、延续与匹配。寻找新的诠释与解读路径，并构建出建筑空间改造中“新旧共生”设计框架，完成老建筑改造中空间的“新旧“共生。针对“新旧共生”设计原则和参照理论前提下整合归纳出新旧共生的设计理念与设计手法表达，形成新旧共生之间的关联理论和模式，有助于为今后的老建筑空间改造提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:An old building is the historical "evidence" of the development of spatial form in a city area, witnessing the development process of human architectural culture, historical and cultural heritage, political and economic development, and humanistic emotional experience. The product of the interaction of various substances and non-matter, such as life segment display. With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual transformation of people's way of life, the reuse of old buildings in the process of urban and rural development has become an indispensable and important strategy of sustainable development theory in the field of architecture in the 21st century. At present, a consensus has been reached on the transformation of old buildings and space, but different voices appear in the process of transformation. Because of the particularity of the space history and culture of the old architecture, there are some discordant expressions about the relationship between the new and the old in the transformation of the space. There are many problems and deficiencies in the integration and symbiotic treatment of spatial functions, such as the abuse of old symbols, the lack of local culture, the improper matching of new and old, the lack of continuity of context, etc. Therefore, to find a new way of thinking and ways to transform old buildings and old buildings into more rational and creative ones. Direction of development, to achieve spatial dissolution, new and old matching, functional renewal, cultural regeneration. In this paper, the transformation of old building space is taken as the starting point, and the essential characteristics and relationship between "new objects" and "old objects" in architectural space are reconsidered and considered on the basis of the discussion of excellent cases of architectural space reconstruction at home and abroad. Referring to the relevant theoretical and practical achievements at home and abroad, the theme of "new and old" symbiotic design concept in the process of reconstruction of architectural space and old building space is put forward. On the basis of field investigation and investigation of the origin, development, transformation and present situation of the historical residential buildings and historical industrial heritage buildings in China, this paper explores the re-creation of the functional forms of the architectural space. At the same time, the traditional consciousness of breaking the old and creating new ideas is analyzed and pertinent. I hope to reposition the history, time, context, emotion, life and so on in the contemporary architectural space with the help of excellent cases and participating in practice. Discuss the idea communication and method between new and old symbiosis in space Practice, creative germination and technical research, combing the space of the old and new symbiosis dialectical rethinking. Symbiosis is not a simple relationship between the new and the old in space, but lies in how to locate the existing proportional relationship between the new and the old in the transformation of architectural space. From the aspects of cultural remodeling, context extension, space reconstruction, function transformation, atmosphere construction, language transmission and so on, this paper tries to find a symbiotic balance between the old and the new. The essence of "new and old" symbiotic design concept is summarized, and the idea of "new and old symbiosis" which is catered to by the emotion of old things in the transformation of building space and the spirit of new and old is obtained by summing up the theory of symbiosis between new and old. At the same time, on the basis of the new integration, remodeling, convergence to achieve the extension of the old and new architectural space, continuity and matching. To find a new way of interpretation and interpretation, and to construct the design frame of "new and old symbiosis" in the transformation of building space, and to complete the "new and old" symbiosis of space in the transformation of old buildings. According to the design principle of "new and old symbiosis" and the premise of referring to the theory, this paper summarizes the design concept and design technique expression of the new and old symbiosis, and forms the correlation theory and mode between the new and the old symbiosis. It is helpful to provide new ideas and methods for the space transformation of old buildings in the future.
