基于物联网的起重机风险评估系统的研究

【摘要】:起重机械是工业生产和物流业的重要设备,其安全运行直接关系到企业安全生产和国家经济运行的安全。国内各地区的起重机检验基本属于出具纸质化检验报告,只是做了部分的常规检测,得出的结果过于笼统并不科学,也没有涉及起重机风险评估,并未建立一个有效的风险评估体系。本文针对起重机风险评估提出了一种更为科学的,基于物联网和应变检测的风险评估系统,此系统的研制将会大大有助于风险管理思想理念在实际工程检测方面的应用,对于起重机进行有效的风险评估将具有重大的意义。 本文介绍了国内外风险评估的发展现状,对于风险的定义,风险的可能性因素和后果影响因素作了相应的介绍。介绍了物联网的相关概念,并着重讲述了本课题运用到的物联网射频识别技术。在风险模型的基础上提出了基于WinCE平台的具体应用,给出了起重机风险评估系统的软件和硬件设计方案。提出了在WinCE系统中,SQL Server的远程同步更新技术与系统配置方法。在硬件设计方案中,具体包括了手持PDA,射频模块,电子标签,也包括了应变检测的设计。应变检测运用的是电阻应变片作为传感器,测量起重机关键位置的极大应力值,作为风险评估的后果影响因素中的设备承力因素。在整个课题中,前端的数据都是通过手持PDA来完成记录的,,而后再上传给服务器。 本文研制的基于物联网的起重机风险评估系统,可以使用前端PDA对在役的起重机械进行快速识别和风险计算。该系统的研制开发为开展起重机械风险分析,探索基于风险的起重机械科学监管模式提供了新的手段。
[Abstract]:Lifting machinery is an important equipment in industrial production and logistics industry. Its safe operation is directly related to the safety of enterprise production and national economic operation. The inspection of cranes in all parts of the country basically belongs to the issuance of paper inspection reports, only part of the routine tests have been made, and the results obtained are too general and unscientific, nor are they involved in crane risk assessment. An effective risk assessment system has not been established. In this paper, a more scientific risk assessment system based on Internet of things and strain detection is proposed for crane risk assessment. The development of this system will greatly contribute to the application of risk management concept in practical engineering detection. Effective risk assessment for cranes will be of great significance. This paper introduces the present situation of risk assessment at home and abroad, and introduces the definition of risk, the possibility factor of risk and the influence factor of consequence. This paper introduces the concept of Internet of things, and emphasizes the RFID technology of Internet of things. Based on the risk model, the concrete application based on WinCE platform is put forward, and the software and hardware design scheme of crane risk assessment system is given. This paper presents the remote synchronous update technology and system configuration method of SQL Server in WinCE system. In the hardware design, including the handheld PDAs, RF modules, electronic tags, including strain detection design. The resistance strain gauge is used as the sensor to measure the maximum stress value at the key position of the crane and the equipment bearing force factor in the consequence of the risk assessment. In the whole project, the front-end data is recorded by handheld PDA and then uploaded to the server. A crane risk assessment system based on the Internet of things is developed in this paper. The front-end PDA can be used to quickly identify and calculate the risk of hoisting machinery in service. The research and development of the system provides a new means for carrying out the risk analysis and exploring the risk-based scientific supervision model of hoisting machinery.
