基于生态位理论的深圳农产品物流园生态设计研究

【摘要】：自实行改革开放政策以来，我国国民经济快速发展，城市化进程加速推进，，过度消耗有限资源，生态环境遭受破坏。城市化导致的大量建设活动，对生态环境造成巨大的影响。在建筑物的建造和使用过程中，消耗了大量的资源与能源，同时污染了周边环境。因此，生态建筑的研究具有重大意义。农产品物流园的快速发展与国民经济和城市化的发展紧密相关。基于其自身的建筑空间和功能特征，在生态建筑设计研究上具有其独特的意义。在生态位理论的指导下，本文通过对深圳农产品物流园的实地考察及案例研究，以及对深圳农产品物流园的发展历程及其建筑空间和功能特征的分析，揭示了在深圳亚热带海洋性气候特征下的深圳农产品物流园各个建筑学因子与生态位原理的内在关系，并从生态设计角度提出解决问题的对应方法，为将来类似于深圳地区的南方湿热气候特征下的农产品物流园生态设计和改造提供设计参考。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening to the outside world, China's national economy has developed rapidly, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, the limited resources have been consumed excessively, and the ecological environment has been destroyed. Urbanization results in a large number of construction activities, which have a great impact on the ecological environment. In the construction and use of buildings, a lot of resources and energy are consumed, and the surrounding environment is polluted. Therefore, the study of ecological architecture has great significance. The rapid development of agricultural products logistics park is closely related to the development of national economy and urbanization. Based on its own architectural space and functional characteristics, ecological architecture design research has its unique significance. Under the guidance of niche theory, through the field investigation and case study of Shenzhen Agricultural products Logistics Park, as well as the analysis of the development course, architectural space and function characteristics of Shenzhen Agricultural products Logistics Park. The relationship between architectural factors and niche principle of Shenzhen Agricultural products Logistics Park under the characteristics of subtropical oceanic climate in Shenzhen is revealed, and the corresponding methods to solve the problem from the point of view of ecological design are put forward. It provides a design reference for the ecological design and transformation of agricultural products logistics park under the characteristics of southern humid and hot climate similar to Shenzhen area in the future.
