基于改善高层高密度城市区域风环境的高层建筑布局研究

【摘要】:高层高密度地区中,街道峡谷是城市通风的主要风道,同时也是高密度地区风环境研究的基本单位。高层建筑群体集约化的布置界定了峡谷状的街道空间,确定了高层高密度区域依赖于“城市风道”通风的模式。在微观风环境层面,高层建筑的布局对建筑外围风环境舒适度有决定性的影响。 本文研究包括两个层面:第一层面,高层建筑布局对城市总体通风效率的影响;第二层面,高层建筑布局对周边微观风环境的作用。第一层面,本文通过分析高层高密度地区的城市形态特征与通风模式的关联性,以及高层建筑如何参与构成高密度的城市形态,进而分析高层建筑单体如何影响城市的总体通风状况。第二层面,通过计算机流体动力学模拟技术(CFD),对不同高层建筑单体布局及群体布局所产生的风场进行比较,从而认识高层建筑如何改变建筑周边的风场以及如何通过设计布局改善高层建筑外围微观风环境。 总结来说,基于提高层高密度城市的通风效率以及改善高层建筑外围微观风环境的目的,本文以参数定性研究的方法,从建筑形式选择、尺度控制、朝向、与周边建筑与环境的构成方式等角度进行分析,列举曼哈顿、香港高层高密度地区案例进行说明,总结高层高密度地区中高层建筑设计的布局优化策略。
[Abstract]:In the high - rise high - density area , the street canyon is the main air duct of urban ventilation , and it is the basic unit of the research of wind environment in high - density area . The layout of high - rise building colony defines the valley - shaped street space , and determines that the high - rise high - density area depends on the mode of " city air duct " ventilation . At the micro wind environment level , the layout of high - rise buildings has a decisive influence on the comfort degree of the surrounding wind environment of the building .
This paper includes two aspects : the first level , the effect of high - rise building layout on the overall ventilation efficiency of the city ;
At the second level , by analyzing the relationship between urban form characteristics and ventilation modes in high - rise buildings and how high - rise buildings are involved in the formation of high - density urban form , the paper analyzes how high - rise buildings can influence the overall ventilation of the city . At the second level , the wind fields generated by different high - rise buildings and the population layout are compared by computer fluid dynamics simulation technology ( CFD ) .
In this paper , based on improving ventilation efficiency of high - density city and improving the micro - wind environment in high - rise buildings , this paper presents a qualitative research method of high - rise buildings in Manhattan and Hong Kong , and summarizes the layout optimization strategies of high - level high - rise building design in Manhattan and Hong Kong .
