导向钻进技术在排污管道敷设中的应用研究

【摘要】:非开挖技术自1896年于美国出现,发展至今已超过一个世纪。国外对非开挖技术特别是近年对导向钻进技术的开发研究相当重视,但在国内非开挖技术起步较迟,与国外特别是先进国家相比存在较大差距,对应的科学试验及研究均处于初级阶段。导向钻进技术由于适用性广、施工精度较高,且能解决部分地段穿越障碍物的技术难点,于20世纪80年代初逐步被国内引进,但基本上多应用在小口径的管道线缆敷设中。 随着我国经济的飞速发展,市政排污管道在施工的过程中也越来越多地遇到需穿越公路、河流等障碍物或场地狭窄、工程地质条件差等传统开挖式管道敷设施工方法难以解决的问题。为解决此类问题,开始有部分排污管道工程借鉴导向钻进敷设通讯、电力线路的成功经验,尝试运用于排水管道的非开挖敷设中。 本文首先通过分析导向钻进技术在排污管道中应用的必要性,确定其研究的目的与意义。在研究过程中把导向钻进技术与传统工艺在技术、施工方法、经济成本等各方面作出详细对比,以分析其技术及经济特点与应用的可行性。 本文同时针对导向钻进应用于排污管道敷设中的施工技术特点,通过对导向钻头的力学分析等来研究导向钻进轨迹的设计与控制。另外为使导向钻进技术有效应用于排污管道敷设中,对比分析确定特殊管材的选用与技术参数要求,并建立了力学模型分析回拉式铺管技术在排污管敷设中应用的可行性。并且根据排污管道的特点对部分技术、质量等核心问题进行了对比研究。 本文的研究成果为导向钻进技术应用于有水头流向要求(即有较高的标高控制及坡度要求)的市政排污管道,特别是400~600mm管内径的排污管道敷设提供了成功的应用借鉴依据,为排污管道的敷设方式提供了新的选择。
[Abstract]:Excavation-free technology has been developed for more than a century since it emerged in the United States in 1896. Foreign countries attach great importance to the development and research of non-excavation technology, especially in recent years, but the non-excavation technology starts late in our country, and there is a big gap compared with foreign countries, especially advanced countries. The corresponding scientific experiments and studies are at the initial stage. Because of its wide applicability, high construction precision, and the ability to solve the technical difficulties of crossing obstacles in some sections, the guided drilling technology was gradually introduced in China at the beginning of 1980s, but it is mostly used in the laying of small caliber pipelines and cables. With the rapid development of economy in our country, municipal sewage pipes are more and more encountered in the process of construction, such as roads, rivers and other obstacles or narrow site. It is difficult to solve the problems of traditional excavation pipeline laying construction methods such as poor engineering geological conditions. In order to solve this kind of problem, some sewerage pipeline projects begin to draw lessons from the successful experience of guiding drilling and laying communication and electric power line, and try to apply it to the non-excavation laying of drainage pipeline. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research are determined by analyzing the necessity of the application of guided drilling technology in sewage pipes. In the course of the research, the technology of guided drilling is compared with the traditional technology in the aspects of technology, construction method, economic cost and so on, in order to analyze its technical and economic characteristics and the feasibility of its application. In this paper, the design and control of the guided drilling trajectory are studied through the mechanical analysis of the guiding bit in view of the characteristics of the construction technology used in the sewerage pipe laying by guided drilling. In addition, in order to effectively apply the guided drilling technology to the sewerage pipe laying, the selection of special pipe materials and the requirements of technical parameters are determined by comparison and analysis, and a mechanical model is established to analyze the feasibility of the application of retractable pipe laying technology in sewage pipe laying. And according to the characteristics of sewerage pipe, some core problems, such as technology and quality, are compared and studied. The research results in this paper provide a successful reference for the application of the directional drilling technology to municipal sewage pipes with high water head flow direction (i.e., high elevation control and slope requirement), especially for the laying of 400~600mm pipe inner diameter. It provides a new choice for laying the sewer pipe.
