人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间设计研究

【摘要】：笔者通过对人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间的实地调研，，以及对相关文献资料的对比、整理和研究，得出有关指标数据和尺寸。本文从使用者的心理和行为特点角度出发，对人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间的内部环境设计、无障碍设计和私密性设计等方面进行了深入的研究，为设计师在进行大型公共建筑卫生间设计提供参考借鉴作用和指导依据。本文的创新性研究成果是对人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间的指标性数据的研究统计，如厕位的数量、洗手盆数量与使用人数的关系。笔者通过借鉴《大型展会公共厕所厕位数需求计算方法及参数研究》推导出侧位数量“N=L/P”，其中N为各类厕位数（个），包括男小便位、男大便位和女用厕位；L为每小时最高用厕人数（人）；P为每个厕位每小时服务人次（人次/（h·个））。同理，也可度量盥洗室的洗手盆数量，等候区的座位数量等。其中，最高聚集人数的确定方式十分复杂，不同的建筑类型下“最高聚集人数”的确定方法不同。本文在明确研究背景之下，确定研究目标、对象、范围、内容和方法，得出研究结构框架。其次，进入初步调研——文献理论研究阶段。在调研的深入阶段，笔者根据初步调研情况和需要获取的数据信息，进行问卷调查和深入访谈，提出人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间设计中的不足。根据调研数据，提出设计策略研究。深入人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间的设计研究，包括总平面布局、空间构成、流线设计、尺度界定、无障碍设计、隐私保护、室内卫生环境和安全防护要求、高效性设计以及应对人流剧增的流动卫生间设计。最后，笔者对典型案例进行分析研究，论证前面章节的结论，并对人员密集型的大型公共建筑卫生间发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:The author obtains the relevant index data and dimensions through the field investigation on the toilet of the large public building with intensive personnel, and the comparison, collation and study of the relevant literature. Based on the psychological and behavioral characteristics of users, this paper makes a deep study on the interior environment design, barrier-free design and privacy design of large public buildings with intensive personnel. For designers in the design of large-scale public building toilet to provide reference and guidance. The innovative research result of this paper is to study the statistics of the index data of the large public building toilet, such as the number of toilet places, the relationship between the number of lavabo and the number of users. In this paper, the author deduced the "N=L/P" of the number of lateral toilets by reference to "the calculation method and parameter study of the number of latrines at large exhibition", in which N is the number of all kinds of toilets (including male urinal, male urinal). The maximum number of toilet users per hour was male stool and female toilet (man / woman per hour). Similarly, you can measure the number of lavatory basins, waiting area seats, etc. Among them, the determination method of maximum aggregate number is very complicated, and the determination method of "maximum aggregate number" is different under different building types. In this paper, the research objective, object, scope, content and method are determined under the clear research background, and the framework of the research structure is obtained. Secondly, enter the preliminary research-literature theory research stage. In the deep stage of investigation, according to the preliminary investigation situation and the data information that the author needs to obtain, the author carries on the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview, and points out the insufficiency in the design of the toilet of the large-scale public building with intensive personnel. According to the survey data, the design strategy research is put forward. Deep research on the design of large public building toilets, including general layout, space composition, streamline design, scale definition, barrier-free design, privacy protection, indoor hygiene environment and safety protection requirements, High-efficiency design and response to the surge in the flow of mobile toilet design. Finally, the author analyzes the typical cases, demonstrates the conclusions of the previous chapters, and looks forward to the development of the large public building toilet.
