基于雨洪管理的鹰潭刘家调蓄湖公园规划设计

【摘要】:在当今水资源短缺,洪涝灾害频发的城市背景下,以将雨水尽快排走作为目的的传统雨水基础设施已经不能满足需要,以雨水渗透、收集调蓄和净化利用为一体的生态雨洪管理研究成为当代的热点,城市公园作为具有重要生态功能的开放空间,将其与雨洪管理的策略方法相结合,可以发挥其调蓄雨洪,收集雨水,生态服务和休闲游憩等多重功能。 论文首先通过对传统雨水基础设施的发展情况和局限进行分析,提出将雨水作为资源进行利用的可持续雨洪管理是当今时代的发展趋势。之后介绍了国内外雨洪管理的研究进展和西方发达国家,包括美国、英国、澳大利亚和日本比较成熟的雨洪管理模式。同时对国内雨洪管理的研究现状进行归纳,随后对国内外多个基于雨洪管理设计的城市公园案例进行了研究和分析。 论文随后对雨洪管理目标下的公园规划设计策略进行了详细的阐述,包括前期的资料收集与分析,雨洪管理的方案选择,公园雨洪管理设施的总体布局和设计环节等方面进行了归纳,重点对雨水渗透与回灌,收集与截污,储存与调蓄,处理与净化几个关键环节的设计方法进行了总结。 后文详细介绍了鹰潭刘家调蓄湖公园的规划设计过程。在公园规划设计过程中,通过对雨洪管理措施的综合运用,使之成为一个集防洪排涝,雨水渗透和利用,生态系统服务和亲水观赏游憩等功能于一体的城市公园。
[Abstract]:Under the background of water resources shortage and frequent flood disasters, the traditional Rain Water infrastructure, which aims at removing Rain Water as soon as possible, can no longer meet the needs and infiltrate with Rain Water. The research on ecological rain flood management, which is integrated with collection, storage and purification and utilization, has become a hot spot in the contemporary era. As an open space with important ecological functions, urban parks can be combined with the strategies and methods of rain flood management, so that they can play their role in regulating and storing rainwater. Collection of Rain Water, ecological services and recreation and other multiple functions. Firstly, by analyzing the development and limitation of traditional Rain Water infrastructure, the paper points out that sustainable rainwater management using Rain Water as a resource is the development trend of the present era. Then it introduces the research progress of rain flood management at home and abroad and the more mature rain flood management models in western developed countries, including the United States, Britain, Australia and Japan. At the same time, the research status of rain flood management in China is summarized, and then a number of urban park cases based on rain flood management design are studied and analyzed. Then the paper expatiates the planning and design strategy of the park under the rain flood management goal, including the data collection and analysis in the early stage, the scheme choice of the rain flood management, The overall layout and design links of the rain flood management facilities in the park are summarized, and the design methods of the key links of Rain Water infiltration and recharge, collection and interception, storage and storage, treatment and purification are summarized. The following article introduces the planning and design process of Yingtan Liujia regulating Lake Park in detail. In the process of park planning and design, the comprehensive application of rainwater and flood management measures makes it a city park with the functions of flood control and drainage, infiltration and utilization of Rain Water, ecosystem service and hydrophilic view and recreation.
