国际工程承包商战略及其分析工具研究

【摘要】:近年来,国际建设行业得到了迅速发展,国际化也逐渐成为国际承包商的关键发展战略。承包商根据自身业务领域而开展的国际化、本地化或选择性的建筑战略,会对组织的成长和学习过程产生显著影响。基于空间分布来选择能够成功实施战略的领域是承包商的竞争优势和获得成功的关键。尽管承包商向国际工程投入了大量优势资源,但国际建设行业有其不同于传统建设或工程管理实施的独特性。很多学者意识到国际建设行业对不同方法的需求,却运用传统建设业和商业管理的工具来解读国际建设行业的独特特点。因此,本研究旨在表明国际建设行业的特殊范围和性质,并从工程科学的角度详细阐述国际建设和项目管理的独特性。在考虑其他关键商业、工程和建设管理战略的基础之上,国际建筑行业还需重视空间发展战略这一关键因素。运用于国际承包商的测量工具的发展,也使国际建设和项目管理较传统项目管理呈现出独特性。 本研究揭示了空间发展战略对于承包商的重要意义。作为国际市场的潜在进入者和关注者,国际承包商需要认真考虑与组织潜在扩张相关的要素,并运用组织知识来加强国际战略的成功实施。 研究表明,承包商国际化程度测量工具的发展是承包组织的关键工具,它揭示了承包商在动荡的全球经济中的依赖性、政策的可持续性、竞争对手和潜在进入者的表现,以及承包商的优势和劣势。这个工具有助于传统的管理方式向国际化和本地化战略的转变,能够为承包商创造竞争优势和巩固市场地位。在理论构建的基础之上,本研究对国际建设行业和中国海外承包商的典型案例进行了分析,结果具有显著意义。 本研究证实了国际建设和项目管理的独特理论意义。虽然国际建设和项目管理的基础源于工程管理科学的其他领域,但是本文提出的具有针对性的国际建设和项目管理工具和方法的发展呈现出国际工程领域的独特性和典型意义。本文为未来国际建设和项目管理的独特发展创造了良好的平台,,并为研究者和实践者发展自身国际建筑和项目管理的战略管理水平奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international construction industry has developed rapidly, and internationalization has gradually become the key development strategy of international contractors. The contractor's internationalization, localization, or selective architectural strategy based on his business area will have a significant impact on the organization's growth and learning process. It is the key to the contractor's competitive advantage and success to select the field which can successfully implement the strategy based on spatial distribution. Although contractors have invested a lot of superior resources into international projects, the international construction industry is different from the traditional construction or the implementation of project management. Many scholars realize that the international construction industry needs different methods, but use the traditional construction industry and business management tools to interpret the unique characteristics of the international construction industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to show the special scope and nature of international construction industry, and to expound in detail the uniqueness of international construction and project management from the point of view of engineering science. On the basis of other key business, engineering and construction management strategies, the international construction industry also needs to pay attention to the key factor of space development strategy. The development of measuring tools applied to international contractors also makes international construction and project management more unique than traditional project management. This study reveals the importance of space development strategy to contractors. As the potential entrants and attendees of the international market, international contractors need to seriously consider the elements related to the potential expansion of the organization, and use organizational knowledge to strengthen the successful implementation of international strategies. Studies have shown that the development of contractor internationalization measurement tools is a key tool for contracting organizations, revealing contractors' dependence in a volatile global economy, policy sustainability, and the performance of competitors and potential entrants. And the contractor's strengths and weaknesses. This tool helps to shift traditional management to internationalization and localization strategies, creating competitive advantages for contractors and consolidating market positions. On the basis of theoretical construction this study analyzes the typical cases of international construction industry and Chinese overseas contractors and the results are significant. This study confirms the unique theoretical significance of international construction and project management. Although the foundation of international construction and project management originates from other fields of engineering management science, the development of targeted tools and methods of international construction and project management presents the unique and typical significance of international engineering field. This paper creates a good platform for the unique development of international construction and project management in the future, and lays a solid foundation for researchers and practitioners to develop their own strategic management level of international architecture and project management.
