悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架设计计算及施工技术研究

【摘要】:随着经济的迅猛发展,科技的不断创新,建筑业面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。企业的竞争,是效益的竞争,如何在安全第一的前提,达到节约成本,创造经济效益,是企业的头等大事。悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架,不仅安全可靠,还能给企业创造利率。但是目前我国在拱构型门式钢管脚手架的研究还刚刚起步,悬挑型式则更少,主要集中在室内装修等简单的作业。 本文通过第一章内容的介绍,基本阐明了研究的目的和重要性,归纳了目前脚手架存在的主要问题,并介绍了悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架的安全、经济和社会效益,同时指出了在高层中的应用,采用悬挑型式。第二章说明了脚手架的相关文献,通过与世界先进国家的差距、与日本在脚手架应用与推广的对比,指出研究悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架的迫切性。第三、四和五章是论文的核心内容,阐明了应用悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架的理论基础,首先是施工工艺和操作要求,其次是受力计算,其中施工工艺主要包括施工准备、悬挑梁布置、安放底座、垂直方向搭设、水平方向搭设、安装连墙件和安全网布置等,最后是专项方案采用案例进行说明,讲解了如何编制专项方案,叙述了工程概况、编制依据、施工组织、脚手架设计和计算、脚手架搭设质量要求和管理、安全技术措施和脚手架现场布置图等内容,来具体说明悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架的应用,介绍了力学验算和校核材料,说明了安排人力、物力和财力,以实现经济效益,提出了达到安全文明施工控制要点。 本文的研究依次是为什么要采用悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架、施工的依据是什么、如何组织施工等问题作了回答,这些问题的解决为悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架的应用奠定了理论基础,对推广悬挑拱构型门式钢管脚手架的应用具有重大的意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and innovation of science and technology, the construction industry faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The competition of enterprise is the competition of benefit. How to save the cost and create economic benefit in the premise of safety first is the most important task of the enterprise. Cantilever arch structure door steel tube scaffolding, not only safe and reliable, but also to create interest rates for enterprises. But at present, the research of arch door steel tube scaffolding in our country has just started, and the cantilever type is even less, mainly concentrated in simple work such as indoor decoration and so on. Through the introduction of the first chapter, the purpose and importance of the research are explained, the main problems existing in the scaffolding are summarized, and the safety, economic and social benefits of the cantilevered arch type portal steel tube scaffolding are introduced. At the same time, the application in the high level is pointed out, and the cantilever type is adopted. The second chapter explains the related documents of scaffolding, and points out the urgency of studying the scaffolding of steel tube with cantilever arch configuration by comparing with the application and popularization of scaffolding in Japan. The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the core contents of the paper. The theoretical basis of the application of cantilevered arch structure portal steel tube scaffolding is expounded, first of all, the construction technology and operation requirements, and secondly, the force calculation, among which the construction technology mainly includes construction preparation. Cantilever beam arrangement, base placement, vertical erection, horizontal erection, installation of wall and safety net, etc. Finally, the special scheme is illustrated by case, explaining how to compile the special scheme, and describing the general situation of the project. Establishment basis, construction organization, scaffolding design and calculation, scaffolding erection quality requirements and management, safety technical measures and scaffolding site layout, etc., to specify the application of cantilever arch type portal steel tube scaffolding, This paper introduces mechanical checking and checking materials, explains the arrangement of manpower, material and financial resources in order to realize economic benefit, and puts forward the key points to achieve the construction control of safety and civilization. The research in this paper is about why the steel tube scaffolding with cantilever arch configuration is adopted, what is the basis of construction, how to organize the construction and so on. The solution of these problems lays a theoretical foundation for the application of cantilever arch structure portal steel tube scaffolding, and has great significance for popularizing the application of cantilever arch configuration door steel tube scaffolding.
