甩挂运输物流中心布局规划和仿真研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国物流业的快速发展,社会物流需求量大大增加,各级政府和企业都不约而同的将物流中心的规划建设作为推动本地区物流业发展的重点工程。为了适应市场发展,各地物流中心的功能也都在不断的完善和细化,综合型的物流中心在激烈的物流市场竞争中不再具有较大的优势,越来越多的物流中心朝着流通货物单一化、功能定位明确化、运输方式专业化的方向发展。这其中,运输方式的改变将是物流中心发展的新时机。目前,国内对于运输方式专业化的物流中心的研究不是很成熟,很少涉及到将甩挂运输与物流中心相结合的研究方向。因此,本文结合某甩挂运输物流中心规划建设的实例,对甩挂运输物流中心的功能布局进行研究和探讨。从整体来看,本文主要研究了甩挂运输物流中心规划建设的两个方面,即服务功能设计和平面规划布局。首先,在研究分析了物流中心、甩挂运输物流中心的概念和内涵的基础上,本文对甩挂运输物流中心作了定义和必要解释。然后,结合甩挂运输特点,联系实际,详细设计了甩挂运输物流中心所应具备的服务功能,并针对这些服务功能进行合理的功能区域划分和规模估算。最后,将SLP布局方法与Flexsim动态仿真软件相结合,对本文案例中的甩挂运输物流中心进行平面布局与优化,依次得到布局初步方案、仿真优化结果以及布局优化及方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the logistics industry in China, the demand for social logistics has increased greatly. Governments and enterprises at all levels have taken the planning and construction of the logistics center as the key project to promote the development of the logistics industry in the region. In order to adapt to the development of the market, the function of the local logistics center is constantly improved and refined. The comprehensive logistics center no longer has a great advantage in the fierce competition in the logistics market. More and more logistics centers are developing towards single circulation of goods, definite function orientation and specialization of transportation mode. Among them, the change of transportation mode will be the new opportunity that logistics center develops. At present, the research on specialized logistics center in China is not very mature, and seldom involves the research direction of combining transportation with logistics center. Therefore, this paper combined with the example of planning and construction of a transportation logistics center. The function layout of transportation logistics center is studied and discussed. From the overall point of view, this paper mainly studies two aspects of planning and construction of transportation logistics center, namely, service function design and plane layout. On the basis of the concept and connotation of the transportation logistics center, this paper defines and explains it. The service functions that should be provided by the transportation logistics center are designed in detail, and the reasonable functional area division and scale estimation are carried out for these service functions. Finally, the SLP layout method is combined with the Flexsim dynamic simulation software. In this paper, the layout and optimization of the transport logistics center in this case are carried out, and the preliminary layout scheme, the simulation optimization result, the layout optimization and the scheme are obtained in turn.
