【摘要】：本文分两部分论述。第一部分系统地阐述了施工组织设计的相关理论，包括施工组织设计的概念、编制依据、编制原则以及编制内容。同时也探讨了施工组织设计在工程项目施工管理中的意义。总结了施工组织设计目前普遍存在的一些问题。对如何编制施工组织设计以及如何采取措施，在工程施工过程中有效实施施工组织设计进行了应用研究。第二部分主要运用上述理论知识，结合工程实际，借鉴多年积累的施工技术经验，对天成锦江苑工程施工组织进行探讨，系统地研究了该工程施工组织设计的全过程。同时针对本工程的关键工序、特殊工序，以及本工程的重点和难点，结合现代科学管理办法，通过技术与经济的分析比较，编制了技术上可行、经济上合理、安全上可靠的施工组织设计。建立了工期保证体系、质量保证体系、安全施工保证体系，并采取了一系列相应措施，保证了施工组织设计在施工过程中的顺利实施。论文最后对该工程所取得的直接效果和间接效果作了分析。该项目与公司以往工程相比，在质量、工期、安全管理三方面，有了显著提高。同时，创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。该施工组织设计为类似工程施工组织设计的编制开拓了思路，提供了实践参考。
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into two parts. The first part systematically expounds the related theories of construction organization design, including the concept, basis, principle and content of construction organization design. At the same time, the significance of construction organization design in construction management of engineering project is also discussed. Some common problems in construction organization design are summarized. This paper studies how to draw up the construction organization design and how to take measures to carry out the construction organization design effectively in the construction process. The second part mainly uses the above theory knowledge and combines the engineering practice. Based on the experience of construction technology accumulated for many years, the construction organization of Tiancheng Jinjiang Garden Project is discussed, and the whole process of construction organization design of this project is systematically studied. At the same time, according to the key processes, special processes, and the key and difficult points of the project, combined with the modern scientific management method, through the analysis and comparison of technology and economy, the technical feasibility and economic reasonableness are worked out. Safe and reliable construction organization design. The guarantee system of time limit, quality assurance system and safety construction guarantee system are established, and a series of corresponding measures are taken to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction organization design in the construction process. Finally, the direct and indirect effects of the project are analyzed. Compared with the company's previous projects, the project has significantly improved in three aspects: quality, time limit and safety management. At the same time, created good economic and social benefits. The construction organization design provides a practical reference for the compilation of similar engineering construction organization design.
