钢筋混凝土框架结构钢结构加层抗震性能研究

【摘要】:钢结构加层是目前逐步被推广的一种房屋增层与改造形式,它具有自重轻、抗震性能好和施工方便等优点。在技术、经济以及安全性等方面较混凝土结构具有明显的优点。在国内逐渐获得广泛的应用,但目前设计方法也不够完善,已经完成的钢结构加层工程只对加层部分进行设计计算,施工完全靠经验,缺乏一定的理论依据作为指导,现有的国家规范也不能满足设计的需要。钢结构加层后与原钢筋混凝土结构所组成的混合结构的周期、阻尼比、刚度、抗震性能等都发生了变化,仅对加层部分进行设计计算是不科学的,必须对这种混合结构进行整体计算,并且进行专门的抗震验算。 本文对钢筋混凝土框架结构钢结构加层课题进行了研究。论文概述了钢结构加层的研究现状、国内外工程应用情况、钢结构加层构造的相关技术、地震作用的静动力分析的基本理论和方法及有限元的相关理论。采用PMSAP有限元分析软件对北京市丰台区田各庄某四层钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼顶部加两层纯钢框结构分别采用振型分解反应谱法和动力时程分析法对混合结构进行整体的抗震性能分析。分析结果表明:原四层钢筋混凝土框架结构在加两层钢结构框架后整个混合结构的内力和位移都有所增大,并在楼层增层处形成薄弱层。加层后整体结构的自振周期较原框架结构有所增长,钢结构加层能够减小原框架结构的地震效应。
[Abstract]:The addition of steel structure is a kind of building increasing and rebuilding form which is popularized step by step at present. It has the advantages of light weight, good seismic performance and convenient construction. It has obvious advantages over concrete structure in technology, economy and safety. It has been widely used in our country, but the design method is not perfect at present. The steel structure adding layer project has been designed and calculated only, and the construction depends on experience completely, and lacks some theoretical basis to guide it. The existing national codes also fail to meet the design needs. The period, damping ratio, stiffness and seismic behavior of the mixed structure composed of the steel structure and the original reinforced concrete structure have all changed, so it is not scientific to design and calculate the adding part only. It is necessary to carry out integral calculation and special aseismic checking calculation for this kind of hybrid structure. In this paper, the subject of adding layer to steel structure of reinforced concrete frame structure is studied. This paper summarizes the present research situation of steel structure adding layer, the engineering application situation at home and abroad, the related technology of steel structure adding layer structure, the basic theory and method of static and dynamic analysis of seismic action and the relevant theory of finite element method. Application of PMSAP finite element analysis software to the top of a four-story reinforced concrete frame structure office building in Tiangezhuang, Fengtai District, Beijing, with two stories of pure steel frame structure, the vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method and dynamic time-history analysis method are used to analyze the mixed structure respectively. The overall seismic performance analysis is carried out. The analysis results show that the internal force and displacement of the whole hybrid structure are increased after the original four-story reinforced concrete frame structure is added to the two-story steel frame, and the weak layer is formed at the additional floor. The natural vibration period of the whole structure after adding layers is longer than that of the original frame structure, and the seismic effect of the original frame structure can be reduced by adding layer to the steel structure.
