基于组织行为学的施工成本控制措施研究

【摘要】:项目成本控制是项目管理的核心内容,项目的成败最终都体现在项目的经营情况。在保证安全、质量和工期的前提下,与公司预期利润相比,超额利润越多,对公司的贡献越大。 本文立足于当前大多数施工企业对项目的管理模式出发,结合本公司的实际情况,从组织行为学角度对项目成本控制措施进行研究。研究共分四个部分:1、基本知识及相关理论回顾:重点介绍项目成本控制及组织行为学相关理论;2、项目进度控制措施:重点研究项目的组织管理措施,并将组织行为学相关理论运用到项目成本控制中;3、案例研究:通过对南惠路面项目和宁武路面项目不同的组织结构,采取的不同组织行为措施而造成不同结果进行研究,验证组织行为学在项目成本控制中所起的作用;4、结论与展望。 本文从研究组织行为学角度出发,按照个人、群体、组织三个层次对项目成本控制所起作用进行分析,并得出如下结论:项目经理素质是成本控制的前提,公司在任命时应慎重;推行“以人为本”的管理模式,提高职工对工作和生活的满意度,对全员参与成本控制至关重要;激发个人或群体的工作热情,让他们参与到决策和实施中来,是成本控制的关键;沟通是项目成本控制最有效和便捷的途径; 南惠路面项目是一个应用组织行为学理论进行成本控制的成功案例。在进行成本控制时,项目将成本责任落实到每个部门,并成立攻关小组,激励员工主动参与成本控制,最终取得了很好的效果。南惠路面的成功和宁武路面的失败论证了组织行为学在项目成本控制中举足轻重的作用。 本研究从组织行为方面对项目成本控制措施进行研究,对施工企业效益增进提供了有益的思路,对探索施工企业精细化管理提供了理论依据,并为在项目成本控制领域开展组织行为学方面的研究起到了抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Project cost control is the core of project management. Under the premise of ensuring safety, quality and time limit, compared with the expected profit, the more excess profit, the greater the contribution to the company. Based on the project management model of most construction enterprises and the actual situation of the company, this paper studies the project cost control measures from the perspective of organizational behavior. The research is divided into four parts: 1: 1. The basic knowledge and related theories are reviewed. The relevant theories of project cost control and organizational behavior are introduced, and the measures of project schedule control are introduced. And the related theory of organizational behavior is applied to project cost control. Case study: through the different organizational structure of Nanhui pavement project and Ningwu pavement project, different organizational behavior measures are taken to make different results. Verify the role of organizational behavior in project cost control. From the point of view of organizational behavior, this paper analyzes the effect of project cost control according to the three levels of individuals, groups and organizations, and draws the following conclusions: the quality of project managers is the premise of cost control. The company should be careful in its appointment, carry out the "people-oriented" management model, improve the satisfaction of the staff and workers on their work and life, which is essential to the participation of the whole staff in cost control; stimulate the enthusiasm of individuals or groups of work, Let them participate in the decision-making and implementation is the key to cost control; communication is the most effective and convenient way of project cost control; Nanhui Road Project is a successful case of cost control based on organizational behavior theory. In the process of cost control, the project carries out the cost responsibility to each department, and sets up the key task force to encourage the staff to participate in the cost control actively, and finally obtains the very good result. The success of Nanhui pavement and the failure of Ningwu pavement demonstrate that organizational behavior plays an important role in project cost control. In this study, the project cost control measures are studied from the aspect of organizational behavior, which provides a useful way of thinking to improve the efficiency of construction enterprises, and provides a theoretical basis for the exploration of fine management of construction enterprises. And in the field of project cost control research on organizational behavior played a role.
