低屈服点钢屈曲约束支撑性能模拟分析与试验研究

【摘要】:支撑是结构抗侧力体系的一种重要构件,阻尼器可以大幅降低主体结构的地震反应,低屈服点钢屈曲约束支撑(简称BRB)是一种新型的耗能构件。低屈服点钢屈服点比普通钢材低,较小变形时即可进入塑性,耗散能量。本文用BLY100低屈服点钢制作屈曲约束支撑,克服了传统支撑体系受压屈曲的缺点,其滞回曲线十分饱满,是一种较有应用前景的结构体系。 本文首先介绍了低屈服点钢屈曲约束支撑的原理和构造形式,用有限元软件ANSYS对六种长度和截面面积不同的屈曲约束支撑进行分析,得出其耗能量、屈服前刚度、屈服后刚度与截面面积、长度的关系。然后,制作一个屈曲约束支撑,进行拉压试验,得到其滞回曲线,,结果表明其滞回曲线比较饱满,具有出色的耗能能力,与ANSYS分析结果一致。最后,通过算例得出屈曲约束支撑具有较好的抗震能力,可以改善支撑框架结构的承载能力,通过滞回耗能减小结构在地震作用下反应,降低了主体结构的破坏程度,提高了整体结构的抗震能力。 BLY100低屈服点钢制作的屈曲约束支撑能降低结构的地震内力,具有出色的耗能能力,是很有应用前景的新型耗能减震装置。
[Abstract]:Bracing is an important component of structural lateral force system. Damper can greatly reduce the seismic response of the main structure. Low yield point steel buckling restrained bracing (BRBs) is a new type of energy dissipation member. The yield point of low yield point steel is lower than that of common steel. In this paper, BLY100 steel with low yield point is used to make buckling restrained braces, which overcomes the shortcoming of traditional bracing system under compression buckling, and its hysteretic curve is very full, which is a kind of structural system with better application prospect. In this paper, the principle and construction form of buckling restrained braces of low yield point steel are introduced. Six kinds of buckling restrained braces of different length and cross section area are analyzed by finite element software ANSYS, and the energy consumption and the stiffness before yield are obtained. The relationship between stiffness and cross-section area and length after yield. Then, a buckling restrained bracing is made, and the hysteretic curve is obtained by tensile and compression tests. The results show that the hysteretic curve is full and has excellent energy dissipation ability, which is consistent with the results of ANSYS analysis. Finally, it is concluded that buckling restrained braces have good seismic capacity, which can improve the bearing capacity of braced frame structures, reduce the response of the structures under earthquake through hysteretic energy dissipation, and reduce the failure degree of the main structure. The buckling restrained bracing made of BLY100 low yield point steel can reduce the seismic internal force of the structure and has excellent energy dissipation ability. It is a new type of energy dissipation device with good application prospect.
