大型公共绿色建筑项目的可持续性评价研究

【摘要】:大型公共建筑是每一个城市居民重要的公共活动场所与公共休闲场所,它与生态环境、城市经济以及社会和谐都密切相关。近年来,随着我国城市化进程的加快,经济的蓬勃发展,大型公共建筑如星罗密布般在我国的大地上涌现。作为城市的象征,大型公共建筑日益增多,在促进了我国经济社会发展的同时,也为我国城市居民生活提供了优质服务,但其中仍然存在能源消耗量大、能耗利用率低、结构功能性不强等不良现象。而政府与大型建设企业分别作为大型公共建筑的重要推动者和实施者,由于缺乏对绿色生态的认知与有效的可持续性评价方法,因此难以全面把握住大型公共建筑在建设与运营过程中所存在的问题,及时采取具有针对性和科学性的解决方案与策略。 现阶段我国新颁布的绿色建筑可持续评价标准中,更多的是侧重诸如绿色技术、生态科技等方面的评价,而本文是针对上述问题,以大型公共绿色建筑理论为基础,以可持续发展思想为指导,以当前我国大型公共绿色建筑所面临的主要问题(如绿色科技不成熟、建筑耗能高、能耗利用率低、经济性差等问题)为出发点,结合国内与国外大型公共绿色建筑发展的研究成果和理论实践,充分考虑了大型公共建筑的绿色技术、经济性、社会性和运营管理,较为全面、客观的反映出了其可持续性能力。由于当前我国对关于大型公共绿色建筑可持续性评价的研究尚处于起步阶段,至今未形成全面的理论体系,本文在参考大量的国外和国内的建筑工程项目可持续性评价理论和实证的基础上,针对目前我国大型公共绿色建筑可持续性评价进行了深入研究,其主要内容如下: (1)综合分析相关方面的文献资料,深入探讨大型公共绿色建筑的可持续性研究内容和研究现状,为本文建立可持续性评价模型提供理论参考和基础。 (2)分别论述绿色建筑、大型公共绿色建筑以及可持续性的概念、特点以及三者间的相互关联。结合国内外绿色建筑的研究现状以及绿色建筑的理念,引出大型公共绿色建筑可持续性评价的概念,为论文研究提供理论基础。 (3)结合我国大型公共绿色建筑的研究现状,参考国内外专家学者对绿色生态、绿色建筑以及可持续性理论的研究成果,分析大型公共绿色建筑可持续性评价体系,确定大型公共绿色建筑可持续性评价的基本内容,筛选出能够反映大型公共绿色建筑可持续发展能力的主要评价指标,如生态技术、经济合理、社会和谐与运营管理等四个方面以及他们所包含的13个一级指标,这些指标构成大型公共建筑绿色建筑可持续性评价指标体系。 (4)本文运用灰色系统理论,采用灰色白化权函数建立了大型公共建筑绿色建筑可持续性评价模型并采用本文所建立的评价模型对大型公共绿色建筑的可持续性进行评价。 (5)本文以大连市国际会议中心项目为案例,结合本文所提出的指标体系与可持续性评价方法进行了案例分析。通过案例表明,本文提出的评价结果与指标体系可以通过定性与定量化相结合的方法来描述大型公共绿色建筑的可持续性能力。 (6)在以上研究的基础上,本文分别从绿色科技、资本金的重要性、政府优惠政策,与城市的和谐性以及物业管理方面,提出了提高大型公共绿色建筑可持续性的具体实施建议。它既可以为建设大型公共绿色建筑的各方利益相关者提供管理或运营上的保障,又可以为大型公共绿色建筑的推动者-政府在进行决策时提供必要的数据支持与方法依据,从而提高政府决策的准确性。
[Abstract]:Large public buildings are the important public places of activities and public leisure places for every city resident. It is closely related to the ecological environment, urban economy and social harmony. In recent years, with the acceleration of the urbanization process and the vigorous development of the economy, large public buildings are springing up on the earth like the stars in our country. The symbol of the city, the increasing number of large public buildings, while promoting the economic and social development of our country, but also provide high quality service for the life of urban residents in our country, but there are still many bad phenomena such as large energy consumption, low utilization rate of energy consumption, low structure function and so on. And the government and large construction enterprises are used as large public buildings respectively. The important promoters and implementers are not able to fully grasp the problems existing in the construction and operation of large public buildings and take timely and scientific solutions and strategies because of the lack of knowledge of green ecology and the effective method of sustainability evaluation.
At present, the new sustainable evaluation standards of green buildings in China are more focused on such aspects as green technology and ecological science and technology. This paper is based on the above problems, based on the theory of large public green building, and guided by the idea of sustainable development, and is mainly faced with the major public green buildings in our country. Problems (such as immature green science and technology, high energy consumption, low utilization of energy consumption, poor economy, etc.) are the starting point. Combining the research results and theoretical practice of the development of large public green buildings at home and abroad, the green technology, economy, sociality and operation management of large public buildings are fully considered, which are more comprehensive and objectively reflected. Because of the current research on sustainability evaluation of large public green buildings in China is still in its infancy, a comprehensive theoretical system has not been formed so far. On the basis of a large number of foreign and domestic construction project sustainability evaluation theory and empirical analysis, this paper aims at the present large public public in China. The sustainability evaluation of green buildings has been studied in depth. The main contents are as follows:
(1) comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature, in-depth study of the sustainability of large public green buildings and research status, in order to provide a theoretical reference and basis for the establishment of the sustainability evaluation model.
(2) the concept of green building, large public green building and sustainability, characteristics and the interrelation between the three are discussed respectively. The concept of sustainable evaluation of large public green buildings is introduced, which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the paper.
(3) combining the research status of large public green buildings in our country, and referring to the research results of green ecology, green building and sustainability theory of experts and scholars at home and abroad, the sustainability evaluation system of large public green buildings is analyzed, and the basic contents of the sustainability evaluation of large public green buildings are determined, and the screening of the large-scale public green buildings can reflect the large public. The main evaluation indexes of the sustainable development ability of the green building, such as the four aspects of the ecological technology, the economic rationality, the social harmony and the operation and management, as well as the 13 first indexes which they contain, constitute the sustainability evaluation index system of the green building in large public buildings.
(4) in this paper, the grey system theory and grey whitening weight function are used to establish the sustainable evaluation model of green building in large public buildings and evaluate the sustainability of large public green buildings with the evaluation model established in this paper.
(5) taking the project of Dalian International Conference Center as a case, this paper makes a case analysis with the index system and the sustainability evaluation method proposed in this paper. Through the case, it shows that the evaluation results and the index system can describe the sustainability of large public green buildings by combining the qualitative and quantitative methods. Ability.
(6) on the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward specific implementation proposals for improving the sustainability of large public green buildings from green science and technology, the importance of capital, the government preferential policy, the harmony with the city and property management. It can provide the management of the stakeholders for the construction of large public green buildings. The guarantee of management or operation can also provide the necessary data support and method basis for the government of large public green building to make decisions, so as to improve the accuracy of government decision-making.
