基于自组织理论的传统村落当代更新模式研究

【摘要】：随着近年来城乡一体化进程的推进和国家对新农村建设的日益重视，传统村落的更新发展也成为了刻不容缓的问题。在延续乡土特色的基础上，通过对传统村落进行更新改造实现其有序演变，满足现代乡村生活的发展需求。这成为越来越多的人们的共识。如果将传统村落视为一个复杂的系统，那么在农耕时代其发展演变是一个典型的自组织过程。传统村落经过漫长自组织发展，逐渐形成了特有自然、经济、社会文化特征，这些同时也固化在其独特的空间结构肌理之中。但是随着当前城市化对农村的影响日益加深，，传统村落的生存发展正不断受到更多更强的他组织的影响和干预。由于在这个过程中他组织干预违反了某些自组织规律，导致传统村落独特的空间结构肌理失衡解体，逐渐走向简化和趋同，其所承载的多元化的信息也正在逐渐丢失。本文将传统村落视为一个开放的聚落系统，从自组织理论的角度出发，结合我国传统村落营建中朴素的系统思想，探讨传统村落自组织更新演化的内在规律；通过对城市化影响下的我国传统村落更新保护现状的进行自组织解析，分析了背后存在的问题和值得借鉴的经验；再结合对具体案例的解读和总结，从更新主体、更新动力机制、更新原则、更新策略和更新的适应范围和评估者几个方面提出了“基于自组织规律的传统村落更新模式”，并用其指导鄂东南地区江源村更新改造设计，探寻一条自组织和他组织有效结合、外力推动与内部发展动力的同向复合的传统村落更新改造之路。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of urban-rural integration and the increasing attention paid by the state to the construction of new countryside in recent years, the renewal and development of traditional villages has become an urgent problem. On the basis of the continuation of the local characteristics, the development of the traditional villages can be achieved through the renewal and transformation of the traditional villages to meet the needs of the development of modern rural life. This has become the consensus of more and more people. If the traditional village is regarded as a complex system, its development and evolution is a typical self-organizing process. After a long period of self-organization development, traditional villages have gradually formed their unique natural, economic, social and cultural characteristics, which are also solidified in their unique spatial texture. However, with the increasing impact of urbanization on rural areas, the survival and development of traditional villages are constantly affected and interfered by more and more powerful other organizations. In this process, the interference of other organizations violates some self-organizing rules, which leads to the disequilibrium of the unique spatial structure of traditional villages, and gradually leads to simplification and convergence, and the pluralistic information carried by it is also gradually lost. This article regards the traditional village as an open settlement system, from the angle of self-organization theory, combining with the simple system thought in the traditional village construction of our country, probes into the inherent law of the self-organization renewal and evolution of the traditional village. Through the self-organization analysis of the status quo of renewal and protection of traditional villages under the influence of urbanization, this paper analyzes the existing problems and valuable experience, and then combines the interpretation and summary of specific cases, from the renewal of the main body, This paper puts forward the "traditional village renewal mode based on self-organization law" from the aspects of renewal power mechanism, renewal principle, renewal strategy and the scope of adaptation and evaluators, and uses it to guide the renovation design of Jiang Yuan village in southeastern Hubei province. This paper explores a way to combine self-organization and other organization effectively and promote the renewal and reconstruction of traditional villages by external forces and internal development power in the same direction.
