历史文化名城老街区改造中的城市更新问题与对策——以都江堰老街区改造为例

【摘要】：历史文化名城是我国历史文化遗产的载体与重要组成部分,老街区是历史文化名城城市记忆与城市历史最完整的物质体现。在我国快速城市化进程中,以老街区改造为核心内容的历史文化名城城市更新面临许多亟待解决的问题:特色历史建筑消失、城市空间变异、城市肌理切断、城市社会网络瓦解等。在进行老街区改造时应更加慎重,采取合理方式进行。
[Abstract]:The historic and cultural city is the carrier and important part of our country's historical and cultural heritage, and the old block is the most complete material embodiment of the city's memory and the city's history. In the process of rapid urbanization in China, the urban renewal of historical and cultural cities with the core content of the transformation of old blocks faces many problems to be solved: the disappearance of historical buildings with characteristics, the variation of urban space, the cutting off of urban texture, The disintegration of urban social network and so on. We should be more careful and take a reasonable way to carry out the transformation of the old block.
