商周青铜器纹样在现代餐饮空间设计中的运用

【摘要】：现代社会,随着经济发展,人们日常生活水平的迅速提高,现代餐饮业发展也蒸蒸日上,呈现出前所未有蓬勃发展的状态。为了适应这一发展趋势,人们除了进一步合理膳食外,为了满足人们除了味觉上的要求之外的对就餐环境的心理需求,应该更加注重空间环境的设计,以达到就餐环境氛围营造,来适应现代人们对餐饮空间环境或舒适、或休闲、或放松、或隆重、亦或浪漫等等的不同物质很精神要求。而在现代餐饮空间中富有中国传统韵味的环境氛围,更可以满足人们在心里上对归属感的需求,所以创造具有中国传统文化特色的现代餐饮空间既是一种文化的传承,也是人们在生活中的一种物质与精神上的追求。我国有着悠久的饮食文化历史,我们在享受美食的同时也在体会着一种民族的文化内涵,而这种内涵则可以通过对空间的组织利用及装饰上体现出来,运用中国传统装饰元素来演绎现代餐饮空间的主题及立意,是中式餐饮业发展的趋势。商周青铜器纹样作为中国传统纹样的一个分支。它的艺术特点和艺术美是我们古老艺术文化中美学法则的始祖。作为一种艺术符号存在着,是商周时期人们智慧、信仰的结晶。它承载着商周时期中华民族传统文化几百年的发展历史。虽然有些商周青铜器纹样的所包含的特殊文化内涵,已经不太适合现代社会的发展趋势,但多数其他的纹样类型以及我们在新的运用形式上除去了那些特殊涵义的纹样,保留其的吉祥祥瑞和传统美学的装饰意义应用于现代社会。通过对其的了解,以点带面,可以为纹样的现代应用提供借鉴。本文主要针对中国商周青铜器纹样在现代餐饮空间中的应用进行研究,研究内容包括六个方面：一是对商周青铜器纹样进行分类研究,并在此基础上分析了纹样的起源、演变、及其内涵；二是对中国传统餐饮文化的特点进行概括论述,在了解我国传统餐饮文化的基础上对现代餐饮空间的定义,设计原则及其分类进行整体介绍；三是研究商周青铜器纹样怎样在现代餐饮空间中纹样的主要类型及应用范围；四是对商周青铜器纹样在现代餐饮空间中的艺术、文化价值进行分析。重点分析纹样在空间中给人们传递的文化精神、审美情趣；五是对商周青铜器纹样在现代餐饮空间中应用的发展方向进行研究,从纹样使用的形式、内涵、范围等方面展开详细、准确的的讨论、论证。最后,根据前文的论述与分析成果,举例证明本课题所述观点的合理性、可行性。
[Abstract]:In modern society, with the development of economy and the rapid improvement of people's daily living standard, the development of modern catering industry is also flourishing, showing an unprecedented state of vigorous development. In order to adapt to this trend, people should pay more attention to the design of the space environment in order to meet the psychological needs of the dining environment besides the further reasonable diet. In order to achieve the dining environment atmosphere, to adapt to modern people to the dining space or comfortable, or leisure, or relax, or grand, or romantic and other different material very spiritual requirements. But in the modern dining space, the environment with Chinese traditional flavor can satisfy people's need for belonging in their hearts, so it is a cultural heritage to create a modern dining space with Chinese traditional culture characteristics. It is also a material and spiritual pursuit in life. Our country has a long history of food culture, we enjoy food while also experiencing the cultural connotation of a nation, and this connotation can be reflected through the organization and use of space and decoration. Using Chinese traditional decoration elements to deduce the theme and idea of modern dining space is the trend of the development of Chinese restaurant industry. Shang and Zhou bronze patterns as a branch of Chinese traditional patterns. Its artistic characteristics and artistic beauty are the ancestor of aesthetic law in our ancient art culture. As an artistic symbol, it is the crystallization of people's wisdom and belief in Shang and Zhou dynasties. It bears the development history of Chinese traditional culture in Shang and Zhou dynasties for hundreds of years. Although some bronze patterns of Shang and Zhou dynasties contain special cultural connotations that are not suitable for the development trend of modern society, most of the other patterns and our new forms of application have removed the patterns of those special meanings. Retain its auspicious and traditional aesthetic decoration significance applied to modern society. Through the understanding of it, it can provide reference for the modern application of pattern. This paper mainly focuses on the application of bronze patterns in modern dining space in China. The research contents include six aspects: first, the classification of bronze patterns in Shang and Zhou dynasties, and the origin and evolution of patterns are analyzed. The second is to generalize the characteristics of Chinese traditional food and beverage culture, and introduce the definition, design principle and classification of modern dining space on the basis of understanding Chinese traditional food and beverage culture. The third is to study how the Shang and Zhou bronze patterns in the modern dining space of the main types and application of patterns; fourth is to analyze the art and cultural value of Shang and Zhou bronze patterns in the modern dining space. Emphasis is placed on the cultural spirit and aesthetic sentiment that patterns convey to people in space. Fifthly, the development direction of the application of bronze patterns in modern dining spaces in Shang and Zhou dynasties is studied, and the forms and connotations of patterns used are studied. Scope and other aspects of the detailed, accurate discussion, argument. Finally, according to the above discussion and analysis results, the rationality and feasibility of the viewpoint mentioned in this paper are proved by examples.
