郑州市城市地下空间利用几点关键问题探索

【摘要】：本文首先总结了郑州城市地下空间开发利用的现状以及特征和主要类型等,分析了郑州市开发利用地下空间中存在与面临的问题,并分析了未来发展的新趋势、新需求。然后,根据郑州地区城市地下空间开发的几种典型类型：轨道交通工程、地下快速路工程、地下停车场等,结合具体工程-地铁1号线工程、2条地下快速路隧道工程、公共绿地＆广场建设停车场工程等,研究了各类地下工程的规划与建设过程,总结了经验、分析了问题,为后续郑州城市地下空间开发提供参考意见。主要开展如下工作： 1、总结了郑州市城市地下空间开发的类型、发展趋势与存在问题。 2、结合郑州地铁1号线工程,分析了轨道交通工程在郑州市区地下空间开发利用中的重要地位、必要性以及可行性,详细分析了郑州轨道交通工程的网路规划、线路规划等,研究了郑州地区轨道交通规划与建设的特点。 3、分析了郑州地区建设城市地下快速路工程,通过地下空间的利用来解决城市拥堵等城市病中发挥的重要作用,结合具体的下穿隧道工程,通过预测两条隧道的交通流量,分析工程的线路设计,比选适用的工法(圆形盾构法、矩形盾构顶管法、浅埋暗挖法)等,研究了城市快速路工程在城市地下空间开发利用中的优势、作用和特点。 4、根据郑州城市地下空间开发利用的典型实例,介绍了郑州地区部分公共绿地、广场地下停车场的规划,研究并提出了公共绿地、广场地下空间开发的控规指标,分析了利用公共绿地、广场建设地下停车场的优势和可行性,总结了郑州地区这种地下停车场规划与建设的现状和特点。
[Abstract]:This paper first summarizes the present situation, characteristics and main types of underground space development and utilization in Zhengzhou, analyzes the problems existing and faced in the development and utilization of underground space in Zhengzhou, and analyzes the new trend and new demand of future development. Then, according to several typical types of urban underground space development in Zhengzhou area: rail transit project, underground expressway project, underground parking lot and so on, combined with the concrete project-subway line 1 project there are 2 underground expressway tunnel projects, This paper studies the planning and construction process of all kinds of underground projects, summarizes the experience, analyzes the problems, and provides reference for the subsequent development of underground space in Zhengzhou. The main work is as follows: 1. The types, development trends and existing problems of urban underground space development in Zhengzhou City are summarized. 2. Combined with Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 Project, This paper analyzes the important position, necessity and feasibility of rail transit engineering in the development and utilization of underground space in Zhengzhou urban area, and analyzes in detail the network planning and route planning of Zhengzhou rail transit project. This paper studies the characteristics of urban rail transit planning and construction in Zhengzhou area. 3. The paper analyzes the important role played by the construction of urban underground expressway in Zhengzhou area in solving urban congestion and other urban diseases through the utilization of underground space. Combined with the concrete tunnel project, through forecasting the traffic flow of the two tunnels, analyzing the route design of the project, comparing with the applicable engineering methods (circular shield method, rectangular shield jacking method, shallow burying method), etc. This paper studies the advantages, functions and characteristics of urban expressway project in the development and utilization of urban underground space. 4. According to the typical examples of the development and utilization of urban underground space in Zhengzhou, this paper introduces part of public green space in Zhengzhou area. In this paper, the planning of underground parking lot in square, the control and regulation index of public green space and underground space development of square are studied and put forward, and the advantages and feasibility of using public green space and building underground parking lot in square are analyzed. The present situation and characteristics of planning and construction of this kind of underground parking lot in Zhengzhou area are summarized.
