深基坑开挖施工及对邻近建筑物的影响分析

【摘要】:近年来,,伴随着城市地下空间开发和轨道交通建设的发展,地铁车站基坑工程的周边环境条件越来越复杂,周边邻近建筑物的保护对基坑工程的设计施工提出了严峻的挑战。尽管已有大量的基坑工程与周边环境及建筑物相互影响的分析研究,但基坑开挖施工对邻近建筑物的影响变化规律还有待进一步的深入探讨。 根据某地铁车站工程的岩土工程勘察报告,详细总结了该车站基坑设计施工方案、周边交通、邻近建筑物等情况。建立基坑开挖施工过程的精细化三维有限元模型,基坑模型土体采用Mohr-Coulomb弹塑性模型,分析了基坑开挖与支撑施工步骤对基坑变形及支护结构的影响,得出了基坑周边地表沉降、围护结构变形、坑底隆起等变形规律,总结了支撑轴力随基坑开挖施工过程的受力变化特征。进一步建立了基坑开挖与支护结构施工对邻近不同结构型式建筑物影响的有限元模型,对基坑不同结构型式邻近建筑物的基础沉降、上部结构水平位移以及结构内力的变化进行分析研究,总结了建筑物不同基础型式的沉降与水平位移变化规律,分析了邻近建筑物不同上部结构的内力变化特点。论文的主要结论如下: (1)基坑开挖施工步骤对基坑周边地表土体位移、围护结构变形和支撑结构内力有明显影响。地表沉降最大值出现在基坑边缘,围护结构最大水平位移的出现位置受基坑围护结构空间效应影响,支撑轴力随基坑开挖过程有明显变化。 (2)基坑开挖施工引起邻近建筑物基础产生沉降,三栋典型建筑结构的基础差异沉降均对结构内力没有明显影响,上部结构无明显挠曲。 (3)根据本文基坑开挖施工特点和邻近建筑物特征,总结划分了基坑开挖对邻近建筑物基础沉降影响范围、基坑水平位移和坑底隆起影响范围。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of urban underground space development and rail transit construction, the surrounding environmental conditions of subway station foundation pit engineering are becoming more and more complex. The protection of adjacent buildings poses a severe challenge to the design and construction of foundation pit engineering. Although there have been a lot of analysis and research on the interaction between foundation pit engineering and surrounding environment and buildings, the influence of excavation construction on adjacent buildings needs to be further discussed. According to the geotechnical investigation report of a subway station project, the design and construction scheme of the foundation pit of the station, the traffic around the station, the adjacent buildings and so on are summarized in detail. The fine three-dimensional finite element model of foundation pit excavation is established. Mohr-Coulomb elastoplastic model is adopted in the foundation pit model. The influence of excavation and supporting construction procedure on foundation pit deformation and supporting structure is analyzed, and the ground subsidence around the foundation pit is obtained. The deformation law of the retaining structure and the uplift of the pit bottom are summarized, and the stress variation characteristics of the supporting axial force with the excavation process of the foundation pit are summarized. Furthermore, the finite element model of the influence of excavation and support structure construction on the adjacent buildings with different structural types is established, and the foundation settlement of the adjacent buildings with different structure types of the foundation pit is also studied. The changes of horizontal displacement and internal force of superstructure are analyzed and studied. The variation rules of settlement and horizontal displacement of different foundation types of buildings are summarized and the variation characteristics of internal forces of different superstructures in adjacent buildings are analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the excavation procedure has a significant effect on the displacement of soil around the foundation pit, the deformation of the retaining structure and the internal force of the bracing structure. The maximum ground subsidence occurs at the edge of the foundation pit and the position of the maximum horizontal displacement of the enclosure structure is affected by the spatial effect of the foundation pit enclosure structure. The supporting axial force varies obviously with the excavation process of foundation pit. The excavation of foundation pit causes the settlement of adjacent building foundation, and the differential settlement of the foundation of three typical building structures has no obvious influence on the internal force of the structure. There is no obvious deflection of superstructure. (3) according to the characteristics of excavation and adjacent buildings, the influence range of foundation settlement, horizontal displacement of foundation pit and uplift of pit bottom are summarized and divided.
