北京市天然气三联供系统应用研究

【摘要】:目前,我国下决心解决大气污染等环境问题,北京作为首都,需要率先转变能源发展方式、提高能源利用效率、促进低碳能源发展。天然气冷热电三联供系统是一种布置在用户端的高效节能的小型热电联产设备,可向用户同时供应清洁的电、热、冷等能源。北京市是典型的北方型用能城市,季节性用能差异性明显,冬夏两季用能强度高、时间长,,造成了电力、天然气运行峰谷差日益增大。大力发展三联供系统既可匹配高端用户的个性化用能需求,又能可实现气电的削峰填谷,对保障北京市能源稳定运行具有重要意义。 本文结合国内外三联供发展情况及北京市最新的发展政策,研究适合北京地区发展的三联供系统,设计具有北京特色的冷热电三联供技术方案,并以北京燃气集团办公大楼项目为例,重新设计优化三联供系统配置,对比分析系统优化前后的经济性以及能源利用等方面的差异。同时,按此方案分别对北京市主要的公共建筑类型进行负荷分析、可行性分析和方案规划研究,确定基本建设模型。结合北京市已定的功能区、产业发展区规划情况以及现状城市天然气管网发展情况,重点研究分析未来一段时间三联供系统发展的重点区域及系统配置。针对北京市发展三联供项目的制约因素及存在的问题,提出促进和鼓励北京地区发展三联供项目的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, China is determined to solve environmental problems such as air pollution. As the capital, Beijing needs to take the lead in transforming the energy development mode, improving energy utilization efficiency, and promoting the development of low-carbon energy. Natural gas cooling, heating and electricity supply system is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving cogeneration equipment, which can supply clean electricity, heat, cold and other energy sources to the users at the same time. Beijing is a typical northern type of energy use city, the seasonal energy use difference is obvious, in winter and summer two seasons energy use intensity is high, the time is long, has caused the electricity, the natural gas operation peak and valley difference is increasing day by day. The development of triple supply system can not only meet the individualized energy needs of high-end users, but also realize the peak cutting and valley filling of gas and electricity, which is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of energy sources in Beijing. Based on the domestic and international situation of triple supply and the latest development policy of Beijing, this paper studies the triple supply system suitable for the development of Beijing area, and designs the technical scheme of cold, heat and electricity triple supply with Beijing characteristics. Taking the office building project of Beijing Gas Group as an example, this paper redesigns and optimizes the configuration of the triple supply system, and compares and analyzes the differences in economy and energy utilization before and after the optimization of the system. At the same time, load analysis, feasibility analysis and program planning are carried out on the main public buildings in Beijing according to this scheme, and the capital construction model is determined. Combined with the planned situation of the functional district, the industrial development area and the present situation of the urban natural gas pipeline network in Beijing, the key areas and the system configuration of the development of the triple supply system in the future are studied and analyzed emphatically. In view of the restrictive factors and existing problems in the development of triple supply projects in Beijing, the paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting and encouraging the development of triple supply projects in Beijing area.
