钢筋混凝土空腹楼板力学性能分析

【摘要】:钢筋混凝土空腹楼板是在板内沿板面方向有规律的填入大量小尺寸箱体内膜而形成蜂窝式孔洞结构的一种新型现浇空心板,在大开间、大柱网建筑的楼盖体系中得到了较为广泛的应用。目前不少学者及科研单位对其受力性能做过探究,但对该类型板的受力机理以及各组成部分的力学特性仍然缺少较为系统的分析,本文试图在这方面进行一些研究。 论文总结了工程中常见的几种楼板结构形式,并简要介绍了国内现行的空腹楼板的计算理论。以ANSYS有限元分析软件为工具对箱型芯模空腹砼板进行建模计算,在计算时考虑钢筋与混凝土材料的非线性,对顶板施加均布荷载直至其破坏。分别调整板底配筋量、顶板厚度、肋宽、肋的排列方向,得出各状态下的荷载-挠度曲线,并进行了分析对比,找出板体各部分间的联系及其对板体承载力、刚度的影响,说明作用机理,提出优化措施。最后,对带底板与不带底板空腹砼板的受力机理进行简要对比分析,说明两类空腹板的共同点,并研究了支撑状况对板体承载力与刚度的影响。 研究表明:空腹楼板在力学性能上更接近于实心板,顶板、肋梁、底板各自成整体工作,表现出夹层板的工作特性;顶板厚度与板底最适配筋率存在正相关,,但顶板太薄时,板的力学性能会明显下降,混凝土浇筑通道能够有效缓解此现象;与密肋楼板不同,空腹板中梁肋的摆放方向不会对板的受力有明显影响;在四边简支情况下底板的设置与否并不是控制空腹板受力的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete hollow slab is a new type of cast-in-place hollow slab, which is filled regularly with a large number of small box lining along the slab surface and forms a honeycomb hole structure. The floor system of large column net building has been widely used. At present, many scholars and scientific research institutions have studied the mechanical properties of the plate, but the mechanical mechanism of the plate and the mechanical properties of each component are still lack of systematic analysis. This paper attempts to do some research in this area. This paper summarizes several common floor structure forms in engineering, and briefly introduces the current calculation theory of fasting floor in China. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to model and calculate the hollow concrete slab of box core mold. The nonlinear behavior of steel bar and concrete material is taken into account in the calculation, and the roof is subjected to uniform load until it is destroyed. The load-deflection curves under various states are obtained by adjusting the amount of reinforcement at the bottom of the plate, the thickness of the roof, the width of the rib and the direction of arrangement of the ribs, and the analysis and comparison are made to find out the relationship between the various parts of the slab and the influence on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the slab. The mechanism of action is explained and the optimization measures are put forward. Finally, the stress mechanism of the hollow concrete slab with and without the floor is compared and analyzed briefly, the common ground of the two kinds of hollow slab is explained, and the influence of the bracing condition on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the slab is studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the hollow floor are closer to that of the solid slab, roof, rib beam and floor, and show the working characteristics of the sandwich plate, the thickness of the roof is positively correlated with the optimum reinforcement ratio of the slab, but the thickness of the roof is too thin. The mechanical properties of the slab will decrease obviously, the concrete pouring channel can effectively alleviate this phenomenon, and unlike the multi-ribbed slab, the direction of the beam rib in the hollow slab will not have a significant effect on the stress of the slab. The setting or not of the bottom plate is not the main factor to control the stress of the hollow plate under the condition of simple support on the four sides.
