基于气候适应性的寒地建筑中庭设计研究

【摘要】:基于气候适应性的寒地建筑中庭设计研究的研究目的是塑造一个针对动态的寒地气候环境的可变的舒适中庭空间,用以满足使用者在气候不利的情况下在室内的正常活动和感受自然的需求。通过对人工环境和自然气候的制衡,充分利用寒地气候环境中的有利部分,规避不利部分,以最高的气候利用率和最低的能源负荷来实现使用者的舒适性要求。 论文中分析了寒地建筑能耗的原因和室内热舒适性的影响因子,根据寒地气候环境的特征,提出了基于气候适应性的寒地建筑设计原则为趋利避害。针对中庭空间的空间特征和物理特性,通过设计手段提升寒地建筑中庭空间的缓冲调节功能,从中庭形式比例、围护界面、物理环境三个设计方面,得出基于气候适应性的寒地建筑中庭设计内涵,即空间适寒、界面过滤、被动调节。这三点分别与中庭设计的三个构成要素相对应,,形成了三种设计策略,即空间形态利于保温得热策略、围护界面适宜缓冲过滤策略和内部环境适应气候交换策略等。 由于基于气候适应性的寒地建筑设计是一个连续的动态过程,并非一种设计策略对应一种设计手法,所以本文对三种设计策略统筹分析后,提出综合性的四类八种设计手法,它们复合性的与设计策略相对应,又分别体现了寒地中庭不同方面的功能,即利用南向采光的平面布局、控制高宽比例的剖面形态、调节采光通风的围护结构、调节微气候的内部环境等。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the research on the atrium design of cold area architecture based on climate adaptability is to create a variable comfortable atrium space for dynamic cold climate environment. To meet the users in adverse weather conditions in the normal activities of indoor and feel the natural needs. Through the checks and balances of artificial environment and natural climate, we can make full use of the favorable part in the cold climate environment, avoid the disadvantage part, and realize the comfort requirement of the user with the highest climate utilization ratio and the lowest energy load. In this paper, the causes of building energy consumption and the factors affecting indoor thermal comfort are analyzed. According to the characteristics of climate environment in cold region, the design principle of building in cold region based on climate adaptability is put forward to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. In view of the spatial and physical characteristics of atrium space, the functions of buffering and regulating the atrium space of cold buildings are enhanced by design means, from three aspects of atrium form proportion, enclosure interface, physical environment, etc. The connotation of atrium design based on climate adaptability is obtained, that is, space suitable for cold, interface filtering, passive adjustment. These three points correspond to the three elements of atrium design, forming three design strategies, namely, the space form is favorable to heat preservation, the enclosure interface is suitable for buffer filtration, and the internal environment adapts to the climate exchange strategy, and so on. Because the cold building design based on climate adaptability is a continuous dynamic process, it is not a design strategy corresponding to a design technique, so this paper puts forward four types and eight comprehensive design methods after the overall analysis of the three design strategies. Their compounding features correspond to the design strategy, and also reflect the functions of different aspects of the atrium in the cold region, that is, using the plane layout of southern lighting, controlling the profile of height to width ratio, adjusting the enclosure structure of daylighting and ventilation. Regulate the internal environment of microclimate, etc.
