SZSY科技公司节能项目进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】:本文通过对SZSY科技公司的节能项目的进度计划控制案例的研究,了解国内外公司在工程项目,特别是节能工程项目推进中的进度管理的基本思路,着重从如何对该项目的进度计划进行制定和如何对该项目的进度实施进行控制两个方面进行分析,力争达到项目预定目标。通过对该项目的研究,不仅系统的找出该项目进度控制方面的理论支撑,更从实践时找到了该项目实施的控制方案,同时也为以后开展同类型的项目的正确实施奠定基础,积累了宝贵的经验。 本文主要研究的方向是项目的进度计划和控制,共分为六章,第一章是文章的绪论部分,主要介绍项目的背景和选题的意义,同时也介绍了国内外进度计划和控制方面的情况。第二章介绍了项目进度计划与控制的理论和方法,系统了解进度计划与控制的工具与方法。第三章主要介绍了SZSY科技公司的相关情况,并且对研究的项目进行了分析,提出实施方案。第四章和第五章是本文的主体部分,第四章主要以SZSY科技公司节能项目为研究对象,利用进度管理的专业知识,深入的介绍该项目进度计划的制定,着重介绍了WBS工作分解结构、网络计划图和计划评审技术等方法。根据该项目的实际特点,详细的介绍了该项目是如何利用WBS结构图、计划责任矩阵、项目关系确定表等工具估算项目的实施周期,最后制定出该项目的甘特图。第五章主要介绍了该项目在具体实施时是如何控制的,主要包括事前、事中和事后控制以及和计划发射偏差时的解决方案,此外,本章还介绍了该项目在实施过程中的安全保障、信息安全以及团队建设等内容。第六章是全文的总结和展望,对论文进行总结并对以后的工作进行展望。 本文的研究主线和主要的贡献表现在以下几个方面: (1)本文从项目的实际需要出发,将进度管理的知识融入到实际的施工之中。在项目的计划阶段,文章通过WBS工作分解法把项目细分为若干子工作,根据项目本身的逻辑关系列出了计划关系表,在计划关系表的基础上利用PRET技术算出各个子工作施工的作业时间,做出网络图,在网络图的基础上找出关键路径,画出正态分布图,最后画出甘特图。 (2)在项目的实施控制阶段,本文以时间为中轴线,深入的刻画了施工中各个环节是如何控制的,着重介绍了该项目的事中控制。以该项目实施过程中遇到的真实情况为例,叙述了该项目是如何正确的得到控制和纠正的。 (3)结合实际项目,本文也在控制环节中阐述如何建设高效团队。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the study of SZSY Technology Company's progress plan control case of energy-saving project, the basic ideas of schedule management of domestic and foreign companies in engineering projects, especially in the promotion of energy-saving projects, are understood. This paper focuses on how to make the progress plan of the project and how to control the progress of the project in order to achieve the target of the project. Through the research of the project, not only the theoretical support of the project progress control is found out systematically, but also the control scheme of the project is found from practice, and the foundation is laid for the correct implementation of the same type of project in the future. Accumulated valuable experience. The main research direction of this paper is the progress plan and control of the project, which is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the article, which mainly introduces the background of the project and the significance of the selected topic, and also introduces the progress plan and control of the situation at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the theory and method of project schedule planning and control, and systematically understands the tools and methods of schedule planning and control. The third chapter mainly introduces the related situation of SZSY Science and Technology Company, and analyzes the research project and puts forward the implementation plan. Chapter four and chapter five are the main part of this paper. The fourth chapter mainly takes the energy saving project of SZSY company as the research object, using the professional knowledge of schedule management, introduces the formulation of the progress plan of the project in depth. This paper mainly introduces the WBS work decomposition structure, network plan diagram and plan review technology. According to the actual characteristics of the project, this paper introduces in detail how to estimate the implementation cycle of the project by using the WBS structure chart, the plan responsibility matrix, the project relationship determination table and so on. Finally, the Gantt chart of the project is worked out. The fifth chapter mainly introduces how the project is controlled when it is implemented, including prior, in-process and post-event control, as well as the solution when the launch deviates from the plan, in addition, This chapter also introduces the security, information security and team building of the project. Chapter six is the summary and prospect of the thesis. The main research lines and main contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) this paper integrates the knowledge of schedule management into the actual construction according to the actual needs of the project. In the planning stage of the project, this paper subdivides the project into several sub-tasks by WBS work decomposition method, and lists the plan relation table according to the logical relationship of the project itself. On the basis of the plan relation table, the work time of each sub-work is calculated by using pret technology, the network diagram is made, the key path is found on the basis of the network diagram, and the normal distribution diagram is drawn. Finally, the Gantt diagram is drawn. (2) in the stage of project implementation control, this paper takes time as the central axis, deeply describes how each link is controlled in construction, and emphatically introduces the control in the project. Taking the real situation encountered in the implementation of the project as an example, this paper describes how the project is correctly controlled and corrected. (3) combined with the actual project, this paper also describes how to build an efficient team in the control link.
