绿色物流中心的室外环境设计探究

【摘要】:绿色物流中心是绿色建筑的一种类型,是一种以绿色化思想为指导,以低成本、有机化途径和一系列可推广适用技术为支撑的绿色建筑。但是,现在的物流中心普遍存在建筑占地大,绿化面积少;道路大,缺少必要的植物群落;硬质铺地多,室外环境差等问题。这些问题使得物流中心很难给人一种宜人、舒适的印象,更别说符合生态、环保的绿色建筑,只有把这些物流中心棘手的设计问题加以解决,才能设计出生态、节能的绿色物流中心,所以,解决物流中心室外环境的问题是实现绿色物流中心的重要一环。 随着社会的发展,物流中心在现代工业中的地位日趋重要,并且,物流中心一直被划分为工业建筑类型,其周边的环境问题一直不被重视,认为此类建筑物产品无污染,而建筑物自身对环境造成的负面效应,没有给予足够的重视。所以,本论文尝试用一些绿色设计策略来解决物流中心的室外环境设计问题,为营造良好的室外环境设计提供指引。 物流中心室外环境包括道路、广场、停车场、绿化等,本文把这些环境要素分为硬质景观和绿化景观。绿色物流中心的室外环境遵循一般绿色建筑的共性,它具有最大限度地节约用地、资源的重复和可再生利用、良好的绿化设计等特点,本文通过对国内外优秀案例的研究,总结出了一系列符合绿色物流中心室外环境特点的生态补偿修复设计措施及设计策略: (1)绿色物流中心的室外环境应有足够的绿化用地,以改善室外环境,对硬质铺地多的环境问题进行补偿,是在规划设计阶段为实现绿色建筑目标迈出的重要一步。对于绿色物流中心室外环境的设计,还需一系列指标来控制“绿色设计”,也旨在为日后的绿色物流中心室外环境体系的建立提供一个良好基础。 (2)在硬质景观设计阶段,通过对道路、广场、停车场等设计要素的合理分析、科学探讨,得出了一系列符合绿色物流中心室外环境设计的可推广适用技术,如道路的截面多采用生态边沟,可以减少雨水径流外排;广场多使用生态铺装,提高透水性;停车场宜采用垂直停车、地下停车等方式,减少占地面积等生态补偿措施。 (3)在绿化景观设计阶段,通过对国内外实例研究,提出当绿地率小于30%时,应通过强制执行绿化率来进行生态补偿设计,可以通过增设屋顶绿化、垂直绿化、地面绿化来增加绿化率,并且探讨绿化与建筑相结合的设计策略,提高了绿化率的同时也丰富了物流中心室外环境景观。
[Abstract]:Green logistics center is a kind of green building, which is guided by green idea, supported by low cost, organic way and a series of popularized and applicable technology. However, there are many problems in the current logistics center, such as large building area, less green area, large roads, lack of necessary plant communities, more hard paving, poor outdoor environment, and so on. These problems make it difficult for logistics centers to give a pleasant and comfortable impression, let alone green buildings that are ecological and environmentally friendly. Only by solving the thorny design problems of these logistics centers can we design ecology. Energy saving green logistics center, therefore, to solve the outdoor environment of logistics center is an important part of realizing green logistics center. With the development of society, the position of logistics center in modern industry is becoming more and more important, and the logistics center has been divided into industrial building type, its surrounding environmental problems have been ignored, and the products of this kind of building are considered to be pollution-free. However, the negative effect of the building itself on the environment is not given enough attention. Therefore, this paper attempts to use some green design strategies to solve the problem of outdoor environment design of logistics center, and provide guidance for building a good outdoor environment design. The outdoor environment of the logistics center includes roads, squares, parking lots, greening, etc. In this paper, these environmental elements are divided into rigid landscape and green landscape. The outdoor environment of the green logistics center follows the commonness of the general green building. It has the characteristics of saving land to the maximum extent, reusing and reusing resources, and good greening design. This paper studies the outstanding cases at home and abroad. This paper summarizes a series of ecological compensation design measures and design strategies which accord with the characteristics of the outdoor environment of green logistics center. (1) the outdoor environment of the green logistics center should have enough green land to improve the outdoor environment. It is an important step to realize the goal of green building in the stage of planning and design to compensate for the environmental problems with many hard floors. For the design of the outdoor environment of the green logistics center, a series of indicators are needed to control the "green design". It also aims to provide a good foundation for the establishment of the outdoor environment system of the green logistics center in the future. (2) in the stage of hard landscape design, through the rational analysis of the design elements such as roads, squares, parking lots, etc, scientific discussion is made. A series of popularized and applicable technologies which accord with the outdoor environment design of the green logistics center are obtained, such as the ecological side ditch used in the section of the road, the Rain Water runoff discharge can be reduced, the ecological pavement is used in the square, and the water permeability is improved. It is advisable to use vertical parking, underground parking and other ecological compensation measures. (3) in the stage of green landscape design, it is proposed that when the green space rate is less than 30%, the green space rate is less than 30%. Ecological compensation design should be carried out through the enforcement of green rate. The green rate can be increased by adding roof greening, vertical greening and ground greening, and the design strategy of combining greening and building is discussed. At the same time, it also enriches the outdoor environment landscape of logistics center.
