建筑外墙裂缝机理分析及其治理的方法与应用研究

【摘要】：外墙开裂现象普遍存在于建筑工程中,它不仅会影响建筑物的美观,有时甚至会影响建筑物的安全。当前,外墙裂缝已成为建筑行业的一大通病,研究外墙开裂具有很现实的意义。国内外学者在这方面做了大量研究,本文在相关文献的基础上,主要做了以下工作： (1)介绍了墙体裂缝的相关知识,阐述了国内外学派的墙体裂缝理论和认识。 (2)分析了墙体的开裂机理,重点分析了包括温度变化、材料干缩、地基不均匀沉降、受外荷载作用、设计构造不合理及施工不当等在内的因素影响。 (3)阐述了墙体裂缝鉴别的方法,并给出了一些建筑外墙裂缝修补的方法。在弄清楚裂缝产生的原因之前,应该避免盲目对裂缝进行维修整改处理。在对外墙裂缝进行处理前,首先应先进行观察、检测、分析,以确定裂缝的性质、种类及其裂缝产生的原因,再采取有针对性的处理措施进行外墙整改处理。 (4)采用模糊评价法对外墙裂缝治理方案进行选择,提出对外墙裂缝治理的可行性研究。影响选择外墙裂缝治理方案的因素有很多,且这些因素具有模糊性,选用模糊数学和层次分析相结合的方法选择外墙裂缝处理方案能够符合工程实际情况。 (5)结合实际工程,对阳光100湖大教师公寓外墙治理工程进行分析研究。全面系统地分析了阳光100湖大教师公寓外墙开裂及渗漏水的原因,根据全过程质量控制原理,对阳光100湖大教师公寓外墙维修工程的质量进行全过程控制。按两种施工方案进行改造治理,并将竣工的工程质量进行了对比。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of external wall cracking generally exists in the building engineering. It not only affects the beauty of the building, but sometimes even affects the safety of the building. At present, the cracks in the exterior wall have become a common disease in the building industry. It is of great practical significance to study the cracking of the exterior wall.
Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research in this field.
(1) introduces the relevant knowledge of wall cracks, and expounds the theory and knowledge of wall cracks at home and abroad.
(2) the cracking mechanism of the wall is analyzed, and the factors including temperature change, dry shrinkage of the material, uneven settlement of the foundation, the effect of external load, unreasonable design and unsuitable construction and so on are analyzed.
(3) the method of wall crack identification is expounded, and some methods of repairing the cracks in the exterior wall are given. Before making clear the causes of the cracks, it should be avoided to repair and rectify the cracks blindly. Before the cracks are treated, the first should be observed, detected and analyzed, in order to determine the nature, type and crack of the cracks. The causes of the cracks will be followed by targeted treatment measures for external wall rectification.
(4) the fuzzy evaluation method is adopted to select the external wall crack treatment scheme, and the feasibility study of the external wall crack treatment is put forward. There are many factors influencing the external wall crack treatment scheme, and these factors are fuzzy. The selection of the external wall crack treatment scheme by combining the fuzzy mathematics with the analytic hierarchy process can meet the engineering reality. The situation.
(5) combining with the actual project, the paper analyses and studies the external wall treatment project of sunshine 100 Hu big teacher's apartment. The reasons for the external wall cracking and leakage of the sunshine 100 Lake big teacher's apartment are systematically analyzed. According to the whole process quality control principle, the whole process control of the quality of the exterior wall maintenance project of the sunshine 100 teacher's apartment is carried out by two kinds of application. The work plan is transformed and treated, and the quality of the completed project is compared.
