基于热稳定性的树脂混凝土材料结构设计和性能研究

【摘要】:精密、超精密加工标志着一个国家制造领域的尖端技术水平,己成为当今世界各国进行科技乃至军备竞争的一个重要手段,这就要求加工设备具有极高的精度、动态稳定性和热稳定性。传统铸铁材料越来越不能满足这些要求。因此,急需寻找一种力学性能符合要求且热稳定性优异的材料。 鉴于树脂混凝土一般具有较好的力学性能,优秀的热稳定性和优异的吸振性,此种材料非常适用于制造超精密机床床身构件。本文对树脂混凝土材料的组成成分、骨料级配、材料试样制备、性能测试、颗粒堆积模型、性能的有限元分析等方面进行了详细论述。 首先,本文对骨料、填料和树脂粘接剂等成分进行了详细地分析、对比和选择。其次,本文对决定树脂混凝土材料性能的骨料级配问题进行了深入研究,,首次将各级内骨料颗粒的粒径分布引入级配理论,并建立了基于Dinger-Funk方程的骨料级配数学优化模型。通过求解该模型,得到了精度更高的级配结果。再次,本文根据所得的级配结果进行了树脂混凝土试样的制备,并对其进行了性能测试,还总结了一些制备工艺上的经验。最后,本文运用Matlab数学软件建立了2D和3D树脂混凝土骨料颗粒堆积模型,并运用Ansys有限元分析软件对其性能进行了模拟和分析。 本文的骨料级配数学优化模型填补了用于制造机床构件的树脂混凝土骨料级配的理论空白。树脂混凝土试样的制备和性能测试也为后续研究留下了参考依据。骨料堆积模型中骨料更加密集,分析结果也更加精确。
[Abstract]:Precision, ultra-precision machining marks the cutting-edge technology level in the manufacturing field of a country, and has become an important means for countries in the world to compete in science and technology and even armaments. This requires processing equipment to have extremely high precision. Dynamic stability and thermal stability. Traditional cast iron materials can not meet these requirements more and more. Therefore, it is urgent to find a material with excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability. In view of the excellent mechanical properties, excellent thermal stability and excellent vibration absorption of resin concrete, this kind of material is very suitable for the manufacture of ultra-precision machine tool bed members. In this paper, the composition of resin concrete material, aggregate gradation, material sample preparation, performance test, particle accumulation model and finite element analysis of properties are discussed in detail. Firstly, the composition of aggregate, filler and resin adhesive were analyzed, compared and selected in detail. Secondly, the aggregate gradation problem, which determines the properties of resin concrete materials, is deeply studied in this paper. The particle size distribution in different grades is introduced into the gradation theory for the first time, and the mathematical optimization model of aggregate gradation based on Dinger-Funk equation is established. By solving the model, the gradation results with higher precision are obtained. Thirdly, according to the gradation results, the preparation of resin concrete samples was carried out, and the properties of the samples were tested, and some experiences in the preparation process were also summarized. Finally, the 2D and 3D aggregate accumulation models of resin concrete are established by using Matlab software, and its performance is simulated and analyzed by using Ansys finite element analysis software. The mathematical optimization model of aggregate gradation in this paper fills up the theoretical blank of resin concrete aggregate gradation used in manufacturing machine tool components. The preparation and performance test of resin concrete samples also provide a reference for further research. In the aggregate accumulation model, the aggregate is more dense and the analytical results are more accurate.
