基于IAHP法的城市供水安全模糊评价系统的构建与实践

【摘要】:城市供水系统是城市形成的必要基础,,是城市形成和发展的先决条件之一。城市供水系统安全与否,关系到城市的兴衰。近年来,由于环境污染以及城市管网的老化破坏,城市供水系统的安全性正在面临前所未有的挑战。因此,对城市供水系统进行安全评价,对于城市供水系统的管理建设将具有非常重要的意义。 本文将供水系统分为水源地与供水管网两大部分进行评价。深入分析供水系统安全评价的研究现状及发展方向,简要介绍安全评价的理论知识,利用故障树分析法全面分析影响供水系统安全的因素,进而建立安全评价指标体系,在指标体系的基础上,建立安全评价等级表。通过查阅大量资料,不断尝试,将一些对层次分析法比较完善的改进有机的结合在一起,并且和相关性关系计算组成一个新的改进的层次分析法(IAHP)。应用SPSS软件对评价指标的相关性进行分析,采用三标度法间接建立判断矩阵,采用求解拟优化一致性矩阵的方式提高矩阵的一致性,进而确定权重,并利用MATLAB7.1编制程序计算,将应用传统的与改进的层次分析法进行对比分析。在此基础上,建立以模糊模式识别模型和模糊综合评判相结合的多层次多级复杂系统模糊评价模型,依靠该模型,并借助EXCEL的矩阵运算功能提高运算精确性,最后计算出安全评价等级。 依托“基于节能减碳的供水网络多目标多工况智能优化技术研究”和“黄河中下游地区供水管网安全保障国家重大专项---基于供水安全的城市供水管网的优化改扩建技术”两大课题,以东营市水源地和青岛市区管网为研究区域,依靠多层次多级复杂系统模糊评价模型,分别计算水源地及供水管网的安全等级。根据计算结果,分析系统运行的问题,并对存在问题提出改进建议。
[Abstract]:Urban water supply system is the necessary foundation of urban formation and one of the prerequisites for urban formation and development. Whether the urban water supply system is safe or not is related to the rise and fall of the city. In recent years, the safety of urban water supply system is facing unprecedented challenges due to environmental pollution and aging damage of urban pipe network. Therefore, the safety evaluation of urban water supply system will be of great significance to the management and construction of urban water supply system. In this paper, the water supply system is divided into two parts: water source and water distribution network. This paper deeply analyzes the research status and development direction of water supply system safety evaluation, briefly introduces the theoretical knowledge of safety evaluation, analyzes the factors affecting water supply system safety by using fault tree analysis method, and then establishes a safety evaluation index system. Based on the index system, the safety evaluation level table is established. By consulting a large amount of data, we try to combine some perfect improvements of AHP, and form a new improved Analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) with the calculation of correlation relationship. The correlation of evaluation index is analyzed by SPSS software, the judgment matrix is established indirectly by using three-scale method, the consistency of matrix is improved by solving the quasi-optimization consistency matrix, and the weight is determined, and the calculation program is compiled by MATLAB 7.1. The traditional analytic hierarchy process and the improved analytic hierarchy process are compared and analyzed. On this basis, the fuzzy evaluation model of multi-level and multi-level complex system based on the combination of fuzzy pattern recognition model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established. The model is relied on and the calculation accuracy is improved by the matrix operation function of excel. Finally, the grade of safety evaluation is calculated. Research on Multi-objective and Multi-condition Intelligent Optimization Technology of Water supply Network based on Energy Saving and carbon reduction and National Major Project of Water supply Network Safety guarantee in the Middle and Lower reaches of Yellow River: optimization and Reform of Urban Water supply Network based on Water supply Security Two major topics of expansion technology, Based on the fuzzy evaluation model of multi-level and multi-level complex system, the safety grade of water source and water supply network are calculated by taking Dongying water source area and Qingdao urban pipeline network as the research area. According to the calculation results, the problems of system operation are analyzed, and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
