既有结构外套增层隔震加固振动台试验研究

【摘要】:随着上世纪兴建的大批建筑进入老龄期,结构抗震加固成为近年来的热点问题。对于需要加层改造的旧结构,外套结构增层加固改造方案是工程界逐渐兴起的一种加固手段。通过外套结构与旧结构的协同受力提高结构的抗震能力,还可以利用加层结构及层间隔震技术形成调谐质量阻尼系统,进一步改善结构的抗震性能。但外套结构与原结构协同受力的机理较为复杂,层间减震体系也没有足够的研究,更没有相应国家规范的支持,给加固改造工作带来很大困难。因此,本文着重通过振动台试验研究既有剪力墙结构增层加固改造后的抗震性能,研究工作主要包括以下几个方面: (1)完成对一栋十四层剪力墙结构的1/6缩尺模型外套增层隔震加固后的振动台试验,对比研究了隔震、非隔震结构在不同烈度地震作用下的抗震性能。试验结果表明:结构在外套增层隔震加固改造后,整体抗震性能良好,在经受8度罕遇地震下没有发生严重破坏;通过拉结筋连接,外套结构与原结构能很好协同工作;增层隔震方法能够较好地控制下部结构的地震响应,同时没有明显放大上部结构的地震响应。 (2)通过ABAQUS软件对振动台试验进行数值仿真分析以进一步探讨增层隔震加固结构的抗震性能。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,能够较好地把握结构地震响应规律;外套结构墙体承担较大的倾覆力矩,,但与基础连接较为薄弱;虽然结构底部楼层的有害层间位移角较大,但仍满足规范限值要求;整体结构混凝土损伤主要发生在结构底部以及开洞不连续墙片转换层处。
[Abstract]:With a large number of buildings being built in the last century, seismic reinforcement of structures has become a hot issue in recent years. For the old structures which need to be rebuilt with additional layers, the reinforcement and reconstruction scheme of the jacket structure is a kind of strengthening means which is gradually rising in the engineering field. Through the synergistic force between the outer structure and the old structure, the aseismic capacity of the structure can be improved, and the tuned mass damping system can be formed by adding the story structure and the technique of isolation between the layers, which can further improve the seismic performance of the structure. However, the mechanism of synergistic force between the jacket structure and the original structure is more complex, and there is not enough research on the interstory seismic absorption system, let alone the support of the corresponding national code, which brings great difficulties to the reinforcement and reconstruction work. Therefore, this paper focuses on the seismic performance of the existing shear wall structure after strengthening and reforming by shaking table test. The research work mainly includes the following aspects: (1) the shaking table test of a 14 story shear wall structure with 1 / 6 scale model overcoat strengthened by isolation is completed, and the vibration isolation is compared and studied. Seismic behavior of non-isolated structures under different intensity earthquakes. The test results show that the whole structure has good seismic performance after strengthening and retrofitting by isolation and isolation of the coat, and there is no serious damage under the rare earthquake of 8 degrees, and the overcoat structure and the original structure can work together well through the connection of the tensile reinforcement and the original structure. The seismic response of the substructure can be well controlled by the method of increasing seismic isolation. At the same time, the seismic response of superstructure is not enlarged obviously. (2) numerical simulation analysis of shaking table test is carried out by Abaqus software to further discuss the seismic performance of the structure strengthened by adding story isolation. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the seismic response law of the structure can be well grasped, while the overburden wall bears a large overturning moment, but the connection with the foundation is relatively weak. Although the displacement angle between the harmful floors of the bottom floor of the structure is large, it still meets the requirements of the code limit, and the damage of the whole structure concrete mainly occurs at the bottom of the structure and the transition floor of the discontinuous wall with holes.
