污水源热泵系统的热力分析及性能评价
[Abstract]:Facing the current situation of energy shortage and environmental deterioration, energy saving and environmental protection have become the focus of attention, and finding new clean renewable energy has become a major issue facing all countries. Sewage source heat pump makes use of the low temperature heat source in municipal sewage and turns waste into treasure, which has been popularized and applied in practical engineering. Dalian Xinghai sewage source heat pump system is a heat pump demonstration project which uses sewage from nearby sewage treatment plant as heat source to carry out district heating and cooling in Xinghai Business District. Based on the field investigation of the sewage source heat pump system, this paper analyzes the operating condition of sewage source heat pump unit and its influencing factors by establishing the thermodynamic calculation model of the heat pump cycle, and evaluates the performance of the heat pump system. This paper first discusses the calculation method of the thermodynamic properties of refrigerants, enumerates the equations needed to obtain the thermodynamic properties of the refrigerants, and then analyzes the thermodynamic cycle process of the heat pump system. The parameters needed for thermodynamic cycle calculation are obtained. Based on the water source heat pump project of Xinghai Bay, combined with the water source and meteorological conditions of the heat pump station in Dalian, the scheme of heat pump heating and cooling system and the operation mode in winter and summer are studied. The treatment methods of circulating water before entering heat exchanger are discussed, including softening treatment and chemical adding treatment. By analyzing the main equipment of water source heat pump unit, the unit model of water source heat pump unit is established. Based on the actual operation data of the heat pump unit, the heat pump performance coefficient (COP) is obtained by thermal cycle calculation. The factors affecting the operation of the heat pump unit are analyzed, including water flow, water temperature, water quality and water supply stability. In this paper, the heat pump performance coefficient cop and the primary energy utilization factor E are used as the performance evaluation index of the heat pump. Heat pump performance coefficient cop includes heating performance coefficient and refrigeration performance coefficient. The primary energy utilization coefficient is calculated and analyzed by comparing the sewage source electric heat pump with the traditional heating boiler. The results show that heat pump has great energy saving potential and high energy use value.
