单层砖柱厂房震害分析及破坏机理研究

【摘要】:新中国成立以来,我国工业化进程持续发展。而单层砖柱厂房由于其造价低廉,施工方便,材料易获得,所以至今仍广泛应用于我国中小型工业企业的生产用房、仓库以及其他辅助用房。自1949年建国以来,我国对建筑结构抗震设防和抗震设计就十分重视,尤其是邢台地震发生以来,我国颁布了数次抗震设计规范。历届抗震设计规范中都考虑了单层砖柱厂房的抗震设计。单层砖柱厂房作为工业厂房结构的一种,经历了建国以来历次大地震的考验,同时也促进了单层砖柱厂房结构形式的不断发展。 为充分研究单层砖柱厂房的抗震性能及破坏机理,本文基于历史地震中单层砖柱厂房的震害资料,进行了详细的震害分析,给出了影响地震破坏的主要因素,编制了震害现场调查表和震害汇总表,对比出四种常用单层砖柱厂房震害预测方法的准确度,并采用有限元软件对厂房的地震破坏机理进行了分析研究。 论文主要完成了以下工作: 1.在掌握单层砖柱厂房抗震研究现状的基础上,对收集到的单层砖柱厂房震害资料进行了整理,分别总结了其常见的地震破坏形式及其震害原因,统计得到了单层砖柱厂房的地震易损性矩阵。 2.找出了影响单层砖柱厂房震害程度的主要因素,并采用多元线性回归法、最小二乘法回归拟合出各影响因素取值,并建立了单层砖柱厂房震害快速评估模型并编译了评估软件。 3.根据单层砖柱厂房震害现场调查工作需求,同时参考地震现场调查规范,设计了单层砖柱厂房单体震害现场调查表和震害汇总表。 4.采用逐步回归法、柱顶位移法、树状图法和模糊震害指数法分别对12栋典型单层砖柱厂房进行了单体震害预测和群体震害预测,并将四种方法的震害预测结果与实际震害情况进行了对比分析。 5.应用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对芦山地震中两栋典型的单层砖柱厂房进行了时程分析,选用6条经典地震波作为地震动输入,提取了单层砖柱厂房在强震动作用下的损伤云图及内力,根据计算结果研究了单层砖柱厂房在地震动作用下的破坏机理。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, China's industrialization process has continued to develop. Because of its low cost, convenient construction and easy access to materials, single-story brick factory building is still widely used in production rooms, warehouses and other auxiliary rooms of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China in 1949, great importance has been attached to the seismic fortification and seismic design of building structures, especially since the Xingtai earthquake occurred, several seismic design codes have been issued in China. The seismic design of single-story brick column factory building has been considered in previous seismic design codes. As a kind of industrial factory building, single-story brick column factory house has experienced the test of every great earthquake since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and has also promoted the continuous development of the structure form of single-story brick column factory building. In order to fully study the seismic behavior and failure mechanism of single-story brick column factory building, based on the seismic damage data of single-story brick column factory building during historical earthquakes, this paper makes a detailed analysis of earthquake damage, and gives the main factors that affect the earthquake damage. The earthquake damage field questionnaire and the earthquake damage summary table are compiled, and the accuracy of four commonly used prediction methods for earthquake damage of single-story brick column factory building is compared. The earthquake failure mechanism of the building is analyzed and studied by using finite element software. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. On the basis of mastering the present situation of seismic research of single-story brick column factory building, the collected seismic damage data of single-story brick column factory building are sorted out, and the common seismic failure forms and the causes of earthquake damage are summarized respectively. The seismic vulnerability matrix of single-story brick column factory building is obtained statistically. The main factors affecting the earthquake damage degree of single-story brick column factory building are found out, and the values of each influencing factor are fitted by multivariate linear regression method and least square regression method. The rapid assessment model of earthquake damage of single-story brick column factory building is established and the evaluation software is compiled. According to the demand of site investigation of single-story brick column factory building and referring to the criterion of earthquake field investigation, the questionnaire and summary table of single earthquake disaster site of single-story brick column factory building are designed. 4. Using stepwise regression method, column-top displacement method, tree chart method and fuzzy earthquake damage index method, 12 typical single-story brick column buildings were predicted for single earthquake damage and group earthquake damage, respectively. The results of earthquake disaster prediction of four methods are compared with the actual earthquake damage. 5. 5. Using Abaqus, a large-scale finite element analysis software, the time-history analysis of two typical single-story brick column buildings in the Lushan earthquake was carried out. Six classical seismic waves were selected as the input of ground motion. The damage cloud map and internal force of single-story brick column powerhouse under strong vibration were extracted, and the failure mechanism of single-story brick column powerhouse under ground motion was studied according to the calculated results.
