基于青年需求的住宅小户型空间适应性研究

【摘要】：共和国建国60年以来，我国社会经济的高速发展、人们生活水平大幅提高、科学技术飞跃进步，而作为我们身边最常见建筑类型——住宅，也已逐步从贫困、安居型向小康、舒适型转变，不仅是人均居住面积的提高、建设数量和规模增长，更重要的变化是体现在开拓经济、社会、人口资源、环境协调、节能可持续发展的综合设计新思路上。从住宅的角度看，这短短数十年里从人们居住模式、住宅的建造方式、供应模式、分配模式、乃至人们精神层面对于居住问题的观念和理解都发生了巨大的变化，这就需要设计者对住宅的户型进行深入的调研和开发。在城市用地紧张、房价不断攀升、经济购买力不足的情况下，大多数人难以购得理想的住宅，经过多次国家政策调控，我国住宅户型开始从“大户型”向“小户型”发展，其形式将会越来越多，，空间利用也越来越充分。本文立足我国基本国情和经济发展情况，从基本住宅建筑设计理论出发。深入分析青年的价值观、生活方式及居住需求等方面，将青年人群对居住空间的需求主要分为享受型、居家型和工作型。通过借鉴国外户型多样化的经验，为青年住宅小户型空间设计适应性提供一定的解决问题的思路。论文最后通过总结已有的空间适应性经验以及研究住宅功能房间的尺度，针对青年人群的三种居住需求类型提出在水平方向以及垂直方向上实现青年住宅小户型空间适应性的设计。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the Republic 60 years ago, with the rapid development of our country's social economy, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and science and technology have made a leap forward. As the most common type of building around us, housing has gradually changed from poverty and comfortable residence to a well-off society. The change of comfortable type is not only the increase of per capita living area, but also the increase of construction quantity and scale. The more important change is reflected in the new comprehensive design idea of exploiting economy, society, population resources, environment coordination, energy saving and sustainable development. From the perspective of housing, there have been tremendous changes in the way people live, how they are built, how they are supplied, how they are distributed, and even what they think and understand about housing at the spiritual level in just a few decades. This requires designers to the residential units for in-depth investigation and development. Under the situation of tight urban land, rising house prices and insufficient economic purchasing power, it is difficult for most people to buy ideal housing. After many times of state policy regulation and control, the type of residential units in our country has begun to develop from "large households" to "small ones." Its form will be more and more, space utilization is also more and more full. Based on the basic national conditions and economic development of our country, this paper starts from the theory of basic residential building design. By analyzing the values, lifestyle and living needs of young people, the demand for living space is divided into three types: enjoyment type, home type and work type. By using the experience of foreign countries for reference, this paper provides a way to solve the problem for the design adaptability of small apartment space in youth residence. Finally, through summarizing the existing experience of spatial adaptability and studying the scale of residential functional rooms, According to the three types of housing needs of young people, the design of spatial adaptability of small hukou in the horizontal and vertical direction is put forward.
