复合型聚羧酸减水剂合成热动力学研究

【摘要】:以烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)和甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)复合单体与丙烯酸(AA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为原料,在硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3)和复合引发剂体系的作用下,采用一步共聚法制备复合型聚羧酸高性能减水剂。从反应温度对减水剂分散性能的影响入手,从热动力学角度对单体活性的激发,反应体系聚合速率、引发剂的分解速率等进行了深入的研究,并结合红外光谱分析探讨了不同温度下合成减水剂的分子结构与减水剂性能的相关性。
[Abstract]:The composite monomers of allyl polyoxyethylene ether (APEG) and methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG) were used as raw materials with acrylic acid (AA) and sodium allyl sulfonate (SAS) as raw materials under the action of sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3) and complex initiator system. Compound polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was prepared by one-step copolymerization. Starting with the effect of reaction temperature on the dispersion of water reducer, the activation of monomer activity, the polymerization rate of reaction system and the decomposition rate of initiator were studied in detail from the point of view of thermokinetics. The correlation between the molecular structure and the properties of the water reducer at different temperatures was discussed by infrared spectroscopy.
