高压喷射注浆法对地基的加固处理

【摘要】:高压喷射注浆技术于20世纪70年代从日本引进我国,至今已有30多年历史。该技术当时主要用于软土地基的加固处理。20世纪80年代末开始用于堤坝防渗。软弱地基土在我国广泛存在,处理软弱土和特殊土成为建筑工程中首要问题。高压喷射注浆法通过对地基土一些特性的改变使得地基土达到设计承载力,满足建筑物安全使用要求。目前,该技术已在全国进行推广应用,并成功应用于长江三峡、东风电站等大型水利工程。它具有安全可靠、适用土质广,施工噪音小,桩身强度高,固结体形状可控制,料源广阔,价格低廉等特点。在建筑物地基加固、深基坑开挖支护与止水、边坡稳定、堤坝防渗、盾构隧道沿线加固以及山岳、隧道可能坍塌部位加固等方面应用较为广泛。 国内外在这方面的研究主要以应用研究为主,包括材料配方、施工设备、施工工艺等。高压喷射注浆法作为现代土体加固方法之一,具有止水防渗、增强地基强度、提高地基承载力、减小支挡建筑物土压力、防止砂土液化和降低土的含水量等多种功能。加固后的土体质量高、可靠性好。 本论文选取我国分布较广的软土地基作为研究对象,并以高压喷射注浆法作为处理方法进行研究。通过对地基土中注入浆液,使得软弱土地基、特殊土地基能够承受上部建(构)筑物荷载,满足建(构)筑物安全使用的功能和要求,对高压喷射注浆法在今后工程实践中的应用具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:High-pressure jet grouting technology was introduced from Japan in the 1970s, and has a history of more than 30 years. The technology was mainly used in reinforcement of soft soil foundation at that time. Soft foundation soil exists widely in our country. It is the most important problem to deal with soft soil and special soil in construction engineering. By changing some characteristics of the foundation soil, the high pressure jet grouting method can make the foundation soil reach the design bearing capacity and meet the safety requirements of the building. At present, the technology has been popularized and applied to large water conservancy projects such as the three Gorges of the Yangtze River and Dongfeng Hydropower Station. It has the characteristics of safety and reliability, wide application of soil, low construction noise, high strength of pile body, controllable shape of consolidation body, wide material source and low price. It is widely used in building foundation strengthening, deep foundation pit excavation support and water sealing, slope stability, seepage prevention of dike, reinforcement along shield tunnel, mountain and possible collapse site of tunnel, etc. At home and abroad, the research is mainly applied research, including material formulation, construction equipment, construction technology and so on. As one of the modern soil reinforcement methods, high pressure jet grouting method has many functions, such as watertight and seepage prevention, strengthening foundation strength, improving foundation bearing capacity, reducing soil pressure of retaining building, preventing sand soil liquefaction and reducing soil moisture content, etc. The reinforced soil is of high quality and good reliability. In this paper, the widely distributed soft soil foundation in China is chosen as the research object, and the high pressure jet grouting method is used as the treatment method. By injecting slurry into the foundation soil, the soft soil foundation and the special soil foundation can bear the load of the upper building, and meet the function and requirement of the safe use of the building. It is of guiding significance for the application of high pressure jet grouting in engineering practice in the future.
