广东中小城市商住综合体设计策略研究

【摘要】:研究以广东中小城市商住综合体作为出发点,在第一章首先对商住综合体和中小城市的概念和特点进行了界定和归纳;接着第二章分析了商住综合体的背景与现状,并分析导致广东中小城市商住综合体发展变化的因素;第三章分析提炼商住综合体现状存在的问题,主要可归结为总体规划、商业价值和居住环境三个方面,并从这三方面深入细致分析问题。 其次在第四章,针对第三章分析提炼出的现状三方面主要问题,归纳得出相应的对于广东中小城市商住综合体适用的设计策略。具体为与城市互动的总体规划原则、合理规划下商业价值最大化原则和地域环境下舒适性居住环境设计原则。 然后在第五章,通过实际案例对提出的适应广东中小城市商住综合体发展的设计策略进行实践与运用,并验证设计策略的可行性。 最后在第六章结语部分,对广东中小城市商住综合体未来设计方向提出建议,同时对其未来发展进行了预测与展望。 通过全文的论述,以期对解决广东中小城市商住综合现状问题有所帮助,同时期望对商住综合体未来的设计和完善有所启发。使得相关人员在规划设计广东中小城市商住综合体时不再生搬硬套大城市经验,,而有自己的一套成熟完善的处理方法,从而更有针对性的设计出能满足中小城市居民需求的商住综合体。
[Abstract]:In the first chapter, the concept and characteristics of the commercial and residential complex and the small and medium-sized city are defined and summarized, and the second chapter analyzes the background and present situation of the commercial and residential complex. It also analyzes the factors leading to the development and change of commercial and residential complex in small and medium-sized cities in Guangdong. Chapter three analyzes the problems existing in the present situation of commercial and residential complex, which can be summed up in three aspects: general planning, commercial value and living environment. And from these three aspects of in-depth and meticulous analysis of the problem. Secondly, in the fourth chapter, according to the analysis of the third chapter of the status quo of the three main problems, summed up the corresponding design strategies for small and medium-sized cities in Guangdong commercial and residential complex design strategy. It is the general planning principle of the interaction with the city, the commercial value maximization principle under the reasonable planning and the comfortable living environment design principle under the regional environment. Then in the fifth chapter, through the actual case, put forward the design strategy to adapt to the development of commercial and residential complex in small and medium-sized cities of Guangdong to carry on the practice and application, and verify the feasibility of the design strategy. Finally, in the conclusion of the sixth chapter, the future design direction of commercial and residential complex in small and medium-sized cities in Guangdong is suggested, and the future development is forecasted and prospected. Through the full text of the discussion, in order to solve the comprehensive situation of commercial and residential problems in small and medium-sized cities in Guangdong, we hope to have some inspiration for the future design and improvement of commercial and residential complex. So that the relevant personnel in the planning and design of commercial and residential complex in Guangdong small and medium-sized cities no longer copy the experience of large cities, but have their own set of mature and perfect treatment methods. Thus more targeted design can meet the needs of small and medium-sized city residents of commercial and residential complex.
