农村及空旷地区建构筑物低成本防雷设计研究

【摘要】:本论文首先介绍了全球雷电灾害的影响,雷电灾害对人类经济社会发展和人民生命财产安全构成了严重危害,并介绍了国内外关于雷电灾害的相关研究。通过对发生在农村地区的建构筑物及空旷地区建筑物的两次雷电灾害案例的科学分析,指出在我国防雷现状下,雷电灾害对在这些地区的人民群众生命财产安全带来危害性和易发性都比城市地区要高,由于这些地区经济比较落后,而且这些地区缺乏专业的防雷设计人员,社会需要一款简易高效的防雷装置,以及可以自动化设计出防雷装置设计软件,以使得在全国的农村地区的防雷工作从业人员可以用最低的人力成本高效设计符合国家规范的防雷设计图纸,只要一个县级单位有少量的防雷专业设计人员便可满足全县所有地区防雷工程设计的需求。 其次,本论文对低成本防雷自动化设计系统进行需求分析,对农村及空旷地区进行实地勘探,详细分析了防雷装置的运行环境的地理环境特点、建筑特点,并根据需求及性能指标要实现的目标做出详细分析,为设计低成本防雷自动化设计系统做好准备。根据所要实现的目标,防雷装置总体设计分为两个部分:一为防雷装置的硬件总体设计,二为防雷装置设计软件的总体设计。根据防雷装置设计需求对设计载体以及设计语言的进行选择,经过比较,最终选择Auto CAD2004为基础通过AutoLISP编程语言进行二次开发,并且介绍开发相关所需的软件以及硬件环境。 接着本论文对防雷装置的硬件设计进行研究,包括对防雷装置三个部分:接闪器设计的研究、引下线设计的研究、接地装置设计的研究。然后根据农村及空旷地区建筑物主要为单体平顶建筑、群体性多层建筑物两种的特点,设计了单体建筑物防雷装置以及群体性多层建筑物防雷装置。对防雷装置设计软件的总体设计进行研究,主要包括四个部分:采集数据模块的研究、系统设计的研究、界面设计的研究、预算模块设计的研究。 最后,防雷自动化设计系统制作完成后,以绪论所列举的重庆开县兴业小学雷击事件中的教室作为案例,对防雷自动化设计系统进行软件运行测试。由本次对防雷装置设计软件从安装到出图的测试可以得出,软件的运行合格,可以使防雷设计人员高效的进行防雷图纸的设计,其功能和操作性完全符合本论文所设定的软件设计目标。本论文对农村地区及空旷地区建筑物的低成本防雷研究有着进一步的意义。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the impact of global lightning disaster, which has caused serious harm to the development of human economy and society and the safety of people's life and property, and introduces the related research on lightning disaster at home and abroad. Based on the scientific analysis of two lightning disasters of buildings in rural areas and in open areas, it is pointed out that under the present situation of national defense mines in China, Lightning disasters are more harmful and vulnerable to the safety of people's lives and property in these areas than in urban areas, because these areas are relatively backward in economy and lack professional lightning protection designers in these areas. Society needs a simple and efficient lightning protection device, and can automatically design the lightning protection device design software, So that people working in lightning protection in rural areas of the country can design lightning protection drawings that conform to the national norms with the lowest human cost and high efficiency, As long as a county unit has a small number of lightning protection professional designers can meet the needs of lightning protection engineering design in all areas of the county. Secondly, this paper analyzes the demand of the low cost lightning protection automation design system, and carries on the field exploration to the countryside and the open area, and analyzes the geographical environment characteristic and the building characteristic of the lightning protection device in detail. And according to the requirements and performance targets to achieve a detailed analysis for the design of low-cost lightning automation design system. According to the goal to be realized, the overall design of lightning protection device is divided into two parts: one is the overall hardware design of the lightning protection device, the other is the overall design of the lightning protection device design software. According to the design requirements of lightning protection device, the design carrier and design language are selected. After comparison, Auto CAD2004 is selected as the basis for secondary development through AutoLISP programming language, and the software and hardware environment needed for the development are introduced. Then this paper studies the hardware design of lightning protection device, including three parts of lightning protection device: the design of the lightning connector, the design of the lead off line, the design of the grounding device. Then according to the characteristics that the buildings in rural areas and open areas are mainly single flat top buildings and group multi-storey buildings, the lightning protection devices of individual buildings and group multi-storey buildings are designed. The overall design of lightning protection device design software is studied, which includes four parts: the research of data acquisition module, the research of system design, the research of interface design, and the research of budget module design. Finally, after the completion of the lightning protection automation design system, taking the classroom in the lightning strike event of Chongqing Kaiye elementary school listed in the introduction as an example, the software operation test of the lightning protection automation design system is carried out. From the test of the lightning protection device design software from installation to drawing, it can be concluded that the operation of the software is qualified and the lightning protection designer can design the lightning protection drawings efficiently. Its function and maneuverability completely accord with the software design goal set in this paper. This paper is of great significance to the study of low-cost lightning protection of buildings in rural areas and open areas.
