深圳旧工业建筑绿色改造设计研究

【摘要】:随着深圳城市的快速发展,以旧工业建筑为代表的城市旧建筑再利用的问题也越来越突出。其功能已不能再满足当今社会发展的需求。由于城市转型以及对生态环境质量的考虑,深圳将有大量的旧工业建筑面临更新改造的问题。通过对深圳旧工业建筑发展历程的分析可知,深圳旧工业建筑已经出现了产业结构落后、土地资源不足以及环境容量透支的问题。在此引入绿色改造的理念,希望通过绿色改造来解决已经出现的社会问题和环境问题。因此,对深圳旧工业建筑的绿色改造研究具有普遍的现实意义和实践意义。 对于深圳旧工业建筑的绿色改造,研究方法依照提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路来展开。首先,通过对深圳旧工业建筑发展历程的研究,,阐述了深圳旧工业建筑现在所面临的问题,在此引入绿色改造的理念,从而分析了深圳旧工业建筑绿色改造的必要性。其次,通过对深圳工业建筑发展历程的研究,总结出深圳旧工业建筑的基本特点。并且针对深圳当地气候的特点,并对深圳《绿色建筑评价规范》进行了分析和解读。在结合深圳旧工业建筑的基本特点的基础上。确立了深圳旧工业建筑绿色改造的思路和目标,从而提出了适用于深圳的旧工业建筑绿色改造的策略。为研究绿色改造方法提供理论基础。再次,根据对绿色建筑的评价因子分析研究,并结合深圳旧工业建筑的具体情况。提出了深圳旧工业建筑绿色改造的四个方面。分别是室外环境的优化、形体空间的改造、围护结构的更新以及资源能源的利用。并利用案例支撑的方法对改造方法进行解释说明。最后,将上述得出的改造方法应用到深圳国际低碳城高桥启动区的旧工业建筑改造中。并针对改造方案进行量化模拟和效益评估。最后确定改造方案。 综上所述,研究以深圳旧工业建筑绿色改造的必要性出发,提出了适用于深圳地区的旧工业建筑绿色改造的设计方法。希望为深圳旧工业建筑的绿色改造提供科学的参考,以期解决旧工业建筑在城市发展中遇到的问题。实现深圳市更加健康持续发展的目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Shenzhen city, the problem of reuse of old urban buildings represented by old industrial buildings is becoming more and more prominent. Its function can no longer meet the needs of today's social development. Due to the urban transformation and the consideration of ecological environment quality, a large number of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen will be faced with the problem of renewal and transformation. Through the analysis of the development course of the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen, the problems of backward industrial structure, insufficient land resources and overdraft of environmental capacity have been found in the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen. This paper introduces the idea of green transformation, hoping to solve the existing social and environmental problems through green transformation. Therefore, the green transformation of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen has universal practical significance and practical significance. For the green transformation of the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen, the research methods are carried out according to the idea of putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems. First of all, through the study of the development course of the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen, this paper expounds the problems faced by the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen, introduces the idea of green transformation, and analyzes the necessity of the green transformation of the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen. Secondly, the basic characteristics of the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen are summarized through the research on the development process of Shenzhen industrial buildings. According to the characteristics of local climate in Shenzhen, the green building evaluation code of Shenzhen is analyzed and interpreted. In combination with the basic characteristics of Shenzhen's old industrial buildings. The ideas and objectives of green transformation of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen are established, and the strategies for green transformation of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen are put forward. To provide a theoretical basis for the study of green transformation methods. Thirdly, according to the evaluation factors of green buildings, combined with the specific situation of Shenzhen old industrial buildings. Four aspects of green transformation of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen are put forward. They are the optimization of outdoor environment, the transformation of body space, the renewal of enclosure structure and the utilization of resources and energy. And use the method of case support to explain the transformation method. Finally, the above methods are applied to the reconstruction of old industrial buildings in the starting area of Shenzhen International low carbon City Gaoqiao. Quantitative simulation and benefit evaluation are carried out for the reconstruction scheme. Finally, the reconstruction scheme is determined. To sum up, based on the necessity of green transformation of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen, this paper puts forward the design method of green transformation of old industrial buildings in Shenzhen area. It is hoped to provide scientific reference for the green transformation of the old industrial buildings in Shenzhen in order to solve the problems encountered in the urban development of the old industrial buildings. To achieve the goal of more healthy and sustainable development in Shenzhen.
