高铁站综合体复合功能的一体化设计研究

【摘要】:目前世界上许多国家尤其是我国正在进行高速铁路的大规模快速建设,与此同时,高铁沿线城市纷纷规划实施铁路站新建或改造。铁路站的人流优势,高铁运输的特性,城市的进步和生活方式的转变,赋予高铁车站向城市综合体转变的条件。高铁站综合体的意义在于高效利用优势土地资源、提高车站自身的城市竞争力、带动周边城市发展和转型、改善城市生活品质。 本文从国内外相关理论和案例入手,对比国内外现状差距,总结了高铁综合体发展趋势和特点;对与高铁站相关的专业概念进行了明确和解析,在现有理论基础上提出了“高铁站综合体”的概念,并总结了高铁站综合体的建筑特点;依据车站所在城市区位、车站规模和特别作用对其进行了分类;在此基础上,文章针对高铁站综合体的功能复合特点展开研究:(1)从交通功能和非交通功能两方面,对高铁站复合功能的组织进行了研究分析;(2)从一体化的角度,对功能复合的高铁站综合体的设计进行了研究;(3)提出了功能复合的高铁站的设计要求和设计原则,在对车站布局进行分类总结的基础上,提出相关设计策略。 全文撰写运用了理论研究、案例分析、比较分析和归纳创新的方法,最终得出了四方面结论:(1)高铁站的规划设计应与城市发展相结合。(2)高铁站综合体充分结合多模式交通对其发展有积极作用。(3)对车站进行类型划分,不同类别的车站在功能复合上要根据自身特点和环境条件选择。(4)注重与其它交通方式的优势互补,以达到综合交通运输的最佳效果;高铁站综合体内复合的其它城市功能务必与车站特定条件相结合。(5)高铁站综合体应选择适合自己的总体布局类型,以一体化设计理念为指导,对整个项目进行整体、细致、长远的规划设计。
[Abstract]:At present, many countries in the world, especially our country, are carrying out the large-scale rapid construction of high-speed railway. At the same time, cities along the high-speed rail line plan to build or transform railway stations one after another. The advantages of passenger flow in railway stations, the characteristics of high-speed rail transportation, the progress of cities and the change of life style give the high-speed railway stations the conditions to transform into urban complex. The significance of the high speed railway station complex lies in the efficient utilization of the superior land resources, the improvement of the city competitiveness of the station itself, the promotion of the development and transformation of the surrounding cities, and the improvement of the quality of life of the cities. This paper begins with the relevant theories and cases at home and abroad, compares the current situation at home and abroad, summarizes the development trend and characteristics of the high-speed railway complex, and analyzes the professional concepts related to the high-speed railway station. On the basis of existing theories, this paper puts forward the concept of "high-speed railway station complex", summarizes the architectural characteristics of high-speed railway station complex, classifies it according to its location, station size and special function. In this paper, the characteristics of complex function of high-speed railway station are studied: (1) the organization of complex function of high-speed railway station is analyzed from two aspects of traffic function and non-traffic function; (2) from the angle of integration, The design of the complex of high speed railway station with function compound is studied. (3) the design requirements and design principles of the high speed railway station with function compound are put forward, and on the basis of the classification and summary of the station layout, the relevant design strategies are put forward. The full text is written using theoretical research, case analysis, comparative analysis and inductive and innovative methods. Finally, four conclusions are drawn: (1) the planning and design of high-speed railway station should be combined with urban development, (2) the complex of high-speed railway station should be fully combined with multi-mode traffic, and (3) the station should be divided into different types. Different types of stations should be selected according to their own characteristics and environmental conditions. (4) pay attention to complement the advantages of other traffic modes in order to achieve the best effect of comprehensive transportation; Other urban functions of the complex of high-speed railway station must be combined with the specific conditions of the station. (5) the complex of high-speed railway station should choose the type of overall layout suitable for itself and take the idea of integrated design as the guide to carry out the whole project as a whole and meticulously. Long-term planning and design.
