国有资金投资项目(医学院校)工程建设管理研究
[Abstract]:With the increasingly rich contents of construction projects, increasingly complex functions, increasingly improved technical requirements, increasingly marginalized professional work, the requirements of the contracting parties for the project management model are becoming more and more high, more and more diversified. As the planning, design, procurement, construction, completion, acceptance and trial operation of the construction project is an organic whole, with its reasonable life cycle, objective needs of the project phase and professional, There is a need to systematize and integrate all aspects of the whole process. In order to improve the management of state-owned investment projects in Shenyang Medical College, The management system of state-owned capital investment project has been established according to the current norms, such as the rules for the compilation and Review of the completion and settlement of Construction projects and the valuation Standard for the list of quantities of Construction projects. In this paper, the theory and method of engineering construction management in bidding stage, construction stage and completion acceptance stage are put forward, and a set of scientific evaluation index system of engineering construction management effect is established through the thorough and systematic study of this field. Then, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to determine the weight and scoring standard of each evaluation index, and applied to the gymnasium project of Shenyang Medical College for analysis and test. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) introduce and analyze the research progress and existing problems of construction project management at home and abroad; (2) analyze the relevant theories and methods of construction project safety management system evaluation. Study the relevant laws and regulations of the construction project management; (3) analyze the characteristics of the state-owned capital investment project in our country and the problems and causes in the management process, and establish the construction project management system; (4) according to the construction project management system established, in the bidding stage, the construction stage is combined with the gymnasium project of Shenyang Medical College to carry on the key analysis; (5) using the analytic hierarchy process to screen out the evaluation index, A set of multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index system with the function of evaluation and control is established, and the index weight is calculated by the characteristic root method, which is based on the data of engineering project and the evaluation result of experts. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the membership degree of the evaluation index and the index weight determined by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the result of the evaluation of the project construction management effect is obtained. (6) after the establishment of the evaluation model of the safety management system, the evaluation model of the safety management system is established. It is applied to the project of Shenyang Medical College Gymnasium. Based on the data collection and field investigation of the Gymnasium Project of Shenyang Medical College, according to the results of expert evaluation, the obtained data are applied to the evaluation model established for analysis. The weight and the final total value of each evaluation index in the project area are calculated. It is found that the project of Shenyang Medical College Gymnasium is outstanding in quality control, safety management and so on, but it also has some shortcomings such as inadequate investment deviation control and so on. By applying the evaluation model to the project of Shenyang Medical College Gymnasium, it can be seen that the evaluation model established in this paper can basically cover all the contents of current project construction management, and has high scientific and reliability.
