中国5A级风景名胜区景观价值评价方法及应用

【摘要】:当前,我国旅游业蓬勃发展,5A级风景名胜区作为旅游资源的精华和中华民族的瑰宝占有重要地位,研究构建5A级风景名胜区景观价值评价的方法,科学的保护自然资源和名胜古迹,保持景区景观生态的平衡与和谐发展,可持续的利用和开发景观资源,具有一定的理论价值和现实指导意义。本文针对119处5A级风景名胜区的景观价值评价,从119处5A级风景名胜区的分类、评价指标体系、评价标准的建立、综合评价模型的构建、119处5A级风景名胜区景观价值的分类评价、评价结果的分析及图形制作等方面,全面进行研究。论文采用理论分析、定性分析与定量评价结合的方法、GIS空间分析技术等,其主要研究成果如下: (1)分析119处5A级风景名胜区景观资源的主导价值,将其分为科学价值主导型5A级风景名胜区、古迹文化价值主导型5A级风景名胜区、观光价值主导型5A级风景名胜区三类。根据风景名胜区景观价值评价的内容、评价依据,提出相应的评价标准。 (2)针对各5A级风景名胜区的景观研究、发展现状,通过对文献资料、原始材料的收集整理以及相关数据的研究分析,参考国内外景观评价的成果,运用景观自然及人文生态学原理,结合专家咨询,以及风景名胜区景观资源和特色、景区开发利用状况、当地社会经济发展,以指标选取原则为指导,选取了4个准则层,7个一级指标,22个二级指标,建立了5A级风景名胜区景观价值评价指标体系。 (3)利用模糊数学理论,运用层次分析法,确定不同指标相对权重,结合加权分析法,构建了多目标多层次的综合评价模型。对5A级风景名胜区的景观资源进行定性的分析,通过综合评价模型将其量化为数学计算,定性分析与定量评价相结合,,形成了科学、完整的风景名胜区景观价值评价理论体系。 (4)基于景观价值评价指标体系、综合评价模型,计算119处5A级风景名胜区的景观价值综合评分;将综合评分划分为91-92分值段、92-93分值段、93-94分值段、94-95分值段、95-96分值段、96-97分值段、97-98分值段、98-99分值段、99-100分值段9个等级,运用地理信息系统GIS技术,绘制出5A级风景名胜区景点分布图、地理分布图;通过对评价结果的分析及图形制作,绘制出5A级风景名胜区景观价值分布图及分类分布图。该理论体系及模型可广泛应用于我国其它景区的景观价值评价,所得结论可供旅游景区的景观规划设计、景观资源的合理开发、可持续利用及保护等工作参考,并具有一定的指导意义。研究成果具有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:At present, as the essence of tourism resources and the treasure of the Chinese nation, the tourism industry of our country is developing vigorously. As the essence of tourism resources and the treasure of the Chinese nation, the tourism industry of our country occupies an important position. This paper studies the methods to evaluate the landscape value of the scenic spots of class 5A. Scientific protection of natural resources and scenic sites, maintaining the balance and harmonious development of landscape ecology, sustainable use and development of landscape resources, has certain theoretical value and practical significance. Based on the evaluation of landscape value of 119 scenic spots of Grade 5A, this paper discusses the classification, evaluation index system and the establishment of evaluation criteria of 119 scenic spots of Grade 5A. The construction of comprehensive evaluation model for 119 scenic spots of grade 5A classified evaluation of landscape value evaluation results analysis and graphic production aspects of the overall study. This paper adopts the methods of theoretical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, etc. The main research results are as follows: (1) analyzing the dominant value of the landscape resources of 119 5A scenic spots. It can be divided into scientific value dominant 5A scenic spot, historic and cultural value dominant 5A scenic spot and sightseeing value dominant 5A scenic spot. According to the content and evaluation basis of landscape value evaluation of scenic spots, the corresponding evaluation criteria are put forward. (2) according to the landscape research and development status of each 5A scenic spot, through the literature, The collection and arrangement of raw materials and the research and analysis of related data, referring to the results of landscape evaluation at home and abroad, applying the principles of landscape nature and humanistic ecology, combining with expert consultation, as well as landscape resources and characteristics of scenic spots, The development and utilization of scenic spots and the local social and economic development, guided by the principle of selecting indicators, selected 4 criteria, 7 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators. The evaluation index system of landscape value of 5A scenic spot is established. (3) by using fuzzy mathematics theory and analytic hierarchy process, the relative weights of different indexes are determined, and the weighted analysis method is combined. A multi-objective and multi-level comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Through the qualitative analysis of landscape resources of 5A scenic spot, the comprehensive evaluation model quantifies it into mathematical calculation, and combines qualitative analysis with quantitative evaluation, forming a scientific method. (4) based on the evaluation index system of landscape value and comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive score of landscape value of 119 scenic spots of 5A grade is calculated. The comprehensive score is divided into 91-92 points and 92-93 score points, Ku93-94 score points, Ku95-96 score points, Ku96-97 score points, Ku98-99 score points and 99-100 points, and the distribution map of scenic spots of grade 5A is drawn by using GIS technology of geographic information system, and the distribution of scenic spots in scenic spots of grade 5A is plotted by means of the GIS technique, and the distribution of scenic spots in scenic spots of grade 5A is plotted by the use of GIS technology, and the distribution of scenic spots of the scenic spots of grade 5A is plotted by the use of GIS technology. The conclusions can be used as reference for landscape planning and design, rational exploitation of landscape resources, sustainable utilization and protection of tourist attractions. And has certain guiding significance. The research results have certain practical value.
