基于生态适应性的开县北部新区城市设计策略研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，特别是1997年重庆直辖以来，重庆市的社会经济发展和城镇化水平一直处于加速发展阶段，重庆市境内的开县也由于三峡工程建设的影响而迅速崛起，大力建设移民新城来满足经济社会发展的需求。这种高速发展使得开县的城市建设用地迅速扩张，人地矛盾凸显，土地资源紧缺成为制约开县经济社会持续发展的瓶颈因素。因此，城市建设必然要考虑合理地利用山地丘陵地区和缓坡地区，来缓解城市发展用地的不足。然而，山地丘陵地区和缓坡地区的高生态敏感性和生态脆弱性又决定了规划建设过程中迫切需要一种合理的生态规划策略，来确保山地城镇新区建设的可持续发展以及与生态环境的良好适应。基于以上背景及目标，本文选择了具有典型时代背景和地形特征的重庆市开县北部新区的城市设计作为实际案例，探讨了基于生态适应性的山地城镇新区城市设计策略研究。本文主要分为六个章节: 第一章，介绍本文的选题背景、研究目的和研究意义，对论文的相关概念进行了解释，明确了论文的研究方法，构建了论文的研究框架，为论文的展开奠定了基础。第二章，本章主要引入了生态适应性的城市设计概念。首先梳理了现代城市设计研究的发展动向，总结了现代城市设计的基本特征。得出现代城市设计在指导思想、对象层次、设计方法、工作内容、设计成果以及目标和评判标准方面的变化。其次，回顾了城市建设中生态思想的历史演进过程，即由生态自发、生态失落、生态觉醒继而转向生态自觉的价值观念变化。之后，引入了生态适应性的概念，对生态适应性城市设计的研究概况和未来趋势做了简要介绍，并从生态适应性和城市设计两个层面对其进行了解析和定位。最后，选取了六个国内外城市建设的优秀案例，从生态适应性层面或城市设计层面对其进行了解析，对其成功经验进行总结提炼，以便对本次规划设计有所启示。第三章，介绍了开县北部新区的概况。首先，介绍了本次规划的规划背景和开县概况，之后分析了开县城市建设的概况，包括建城历程和城市建设的压力和挑战。最后就本次规划区的现状概况做了细致分析和解读，包括具体的研究范围、现状自然环境概况和现状建成环境概况。通过本章节的介绍，为论文的写作奠定了基础。第四章，本章从区域层面到局部层面全面解读了北部新区的自然环境格局，，使读者对北部新区有一个直观而理性的认识。通过综合土地开发度分析、土地适宜度分析、土地承载力分析三者进行了北部新区建设条件的综合评价，试图重建和谐的人地关系，让科学的规划插上伦理的翅膀，最后通过北部新区景观生态安全格局的构建，形成了规划区“大分散，小聚合”的聚居形态意向。第五章，本章为本文的主体章节，具体探讨了开县北部新区的城市设计策略。包括功能区布局的生态适应性策略、“四线”生态控制策略、道路交通设计的生态适应性策略、市政基础设施配套控制、建筑设计的生态适应性策略等等。然后，对文化生态的城市经营方面和社会生态的城市发展方面也提出了原则性的考虑和建议。为保障北部新区城市建设的顺利实施，对城市规划的综合管治提出了三方面的具体建议。总之，北部新区通过以上的生态适应性策略的构建，基本上涵盖了城市设计的重要组成部分，为下一步的细化设计奠定了基础并指明了方向。第六章，本章为结语部分，首先是论文总结部分，得出这种生态适应性的城市设计理论将作为今后人居环境建设、人居环境发展的契机，为人居环境特别是山地城镇人居环境的可持续发展指明方向。然后对论文的不足之处做了反思，对论文的未来发展方向进行了展望。本论文全篇贯穿了开县北部新区的城市设计实例，并牢牢把握住“生态适应性”和“城市设计”两点进行介绍，使规划理论与规划实践充分结合，以便为以后的山地城镇新区建设提供切实可行的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially since 1997 when Chongqing was directly under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China, Chongqing's social and economic development and urbanization level have been at an accelerated stage. Kaixian County in Chongqing has also risen rapidly due to the impact of the Three Gorges Project, and vigorously constructed new immigrant cities to meet the needs of economic and social development. With the rapid expansion of urban construction land and the obvious contradiction between human and land, the shortage of land resources has become a bottleneck factor restricting the sustainable development of Kaixian's economy and society. Eco-sensitivity and ecological vulnerability determine that a rational ecological planning strategy is urgently needed in the planning and construction process to ensure the sustainable development of new urban areas in mountainous areas and a good adaptation to the ecological environment.
Based on the above background and objectives, this paper chooses the urban design of the northern New District of Kaixian County in Chongqing as a practical case, and discusses the urban design strategy of the mountain town new district based on ecological adaptability.
This article is divided into six chapters.
The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of this paper, explains the related concepts, clarifies the research methods, constructs the research framework, and lays the foundation for the dissertation.
In the second chapter, the concept of ecological adaptability is introduced. Firstly, the development trend of modern urban design research is reviewed, and the basic characteristics of modern urban design are summarized. Secondly, the paper reviews the historical evolution of ecological thinking in urban construction, that is, from ecological spontaneity, ecological loss, ecological awakening to ecological self-consciousness. Then, the concept of ecological adaptability is introduced, and the research situation and future trend of ecological adaptability urban design are briefly introduced. Finally, six excellent cases of urban construction at home and abroad are selected to analyze them from the level of ecological adaptability or urban design, and their successful experiences are summarized and refined in order to provide some inspiration for the planning and design.
The third chapter introduces the general situation of the New District in the north of Kaixian. First, it introduces the planning background and general situation of Kaixian. Then it analyzes the general situation of Kaixian city construction, including the process of city construction and the pressure and challenge of city construction. The introduction of this chapter lays a foundation for the writing of this paper.
In the fourth chapter, this chapter comprehensively interprets the natural environment pattern of the northern New Area from the regional level to the local level, so that readers have a direct and rational understanding of the northern New area. Harmonious human-land relationship, let the scientific planning insert the wings of ethics, and finally through the construction of landscape ecological security pattern in the northern New area, formed the planning area "big dispersion, small aggregation" of the settlement form intention.
The fifth chapter is the main chapter of this paper, which discusses the urban design strategy of Kaixian North New Area, including the ecological adaptability strategy of the layout of the functional area, the "four-line" ecological control strategy, the ecological adaptability strategy of road traffic design, the supporting control of municipal infrastructure, the ecological adaptability strategy of architectural design and so on. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the urban construction in the northern New area, three specific suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive management of urban planning. In a word, the construction of the ecological adaptability strategy in the northern New Area is basically based on the above. It covers an important part of urban design, lays a foundation for the next step of detailed design and points out the direction.
Chapter Six is the conclusion part. First, it is the summary part of the thesis. It is concluded that the ecological adaptability of urban design theory will be used as an opportunity for the future construction of human settlements and the development of human settlements environment, which will point out the direction for the sustainable development of human settlements environment, especially in Mountainous Cities and towns. The future development direction of the article is prospected.
This paper presents a case study of urban design in the northern part of Kaixian County, and introduces the two points of "ecological adaptability" and "urban design" so as to fully integrate planning theory with planning practice, so as to provide practical reference for the construction of new mountain towns in the future.
