SGSL钢材加工配送中心建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：钢材的加工配送作为一种新型的营销服务模式,最早出现在欧美等钢铁工业比较发达的国家,是钢铁工业由传统的原料供应商向综合服务商转化的重要表现,是现代钢铁业新型营销的重要手段。它较好地解决了钢铁重工业的集约化、大规模生产与市场日益增长的终端客户差异化个性需求的矛盾,应当说钢材加工配送是钢铁市场逐步发展成熟,产业精细化发展的一个普遍需求。基于上述情况,国内外各大钢厂均在大力发展钢材加工配送中心项目的建设,以求获取降低供应链成本、做长产业链、提高市场竞争力、满足和稳定销售渠道等积极作用。SG冷轧公司是SG搬迁调整建设的精品冷轧高端用钢生产基地,定位生产高端家电板及汽车板。目前冷轧公司的剪切加工能力无法满足公司对发展高端汽车用户的需求。因此,根据SG冷轧公司客户发展需要及汽车板材营销特点,SG总公司决定在华中地区与SL集团合资建设SGSL钢材加工配送中心。为配套SL汽车集团建设的汽车生产线进度,本项目严格采用现代项目进度管理理论进行项目建设实际管理,确保加工中心项目建设周期。本文论述了项目进度管理理论在SGSL钢材加工配送中心项目建设中的应用,剖析了项目在建设过程中存在的有关进度的难点问题。通过运用现代项目进度管理理论对SGSL钢材加工配送中心项目采取的一系列进度控制措施进行了分析研究,提出了进一步完善进度的管理方法,以确保各个节点任务的顺利完成,在计划工期内建成钢材加工配送中心,生产出符合用户要求的高端汽车用板材成品。长远来看将项目管理理论和方法应用于钢材加工配送中心建设管理研究中,推动建设项目的顺利进行,已成为钢铁行业加工配送中心建设研究的一个重要方向。该项目定会为未来的钢材加工配送中心建设创新管理积累丰富的实践经验。

SG Cold Rolling Co., Ltd. is a high quality cold rolling high end steel production base for SG relocation and adjustment, positioning the production of high-end home appliances and automobile plates. At present, the shearing ability of cold rolling company can not meet the demand of developing high-end automobile customers. Therefore, according to the customer development needs of SG cold rolling company and the characteristics of automobile sheet marketing, SG Corporation decided to build a SGSL steel processing and distribution center in Huazhong region jointly with SL Group. In order to complete the progress of the automobile production line built by SL Automobile Group, the project strictly adopts the modern project schedule management theory to carry out the practical management of the project construction to ensure the construction cycle of the processing center project. This paper discusses the application of project schedule management theory in the construction of SGSL steel processing and distribution center project, and analyzes the difficult problems existing in the construction process of the project. By using the modern project schedule management theory, this paper analyzes and studies a series of progress control measures taken by the SGSL steel processing and distribution center project, and puts forward a method to further improve the schedule management to ensure the smooth completion of the tasks of each node. Build the steel processing and distribution center within the planned period, and produce the high-end automobile sheet products according to the customer's requirements. In the long run, the application of project management theory and method to the construction and management of steel processing distribution center has become an important direction in the construction of steel processing distribution center. This project will accumulate rich practical experience for the future steel processing distribution center construction innovation management.
