北京金融街开放空间研究

【摘要】:北京金融街的范围在二环以内,处在北京旧城的西南角,北至阜成门内大街、南起复兴门内大街、西到西二环、东到太平桥大街。北京金融街的建设开发历史可以追溯到二十世纪九十年代,建筑形式主要以高档办公为主,核心产业是包括银行、保险、证券等的金融产业。北京金融街地处具有时代和民族双重特色的中国首都,而空间形态又以办公楼为主导,具有显著的空间特点,其开放空间在使用中有举足轻重的作用。 本文以北京金融街开放空间为研究对象,运用文献资料研究整理、实地调研与访谈、分类比较分析的手法,在充分学习和借鉴世界已有的开放空间理论基础上对金融街开放空间进行系统而完整的实证研究,论述北京金融街的发展过程与北京金融街开放空间的区位特点、空间的特征要素的演变、开放空间的分类、以及在此分类原则下对北京金融街各类开放空间进行了现状研究和发展原因分析,,并提出问题与建议。 本文分析了北京金融街开放空间形态和使用现状,指出了其中蕴藏的问题,对城市快速发展下的开放空间规划和设计提出了自己的思考,希望以案例为今后的城市开放空间建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:The scope of Beijing Financial Street is within the second Ring Road, in the southwest corner of the old Beijing City, north to Fuchengmen Inner Street, south from Fuxingmen Inner Street, west to West second Ring Road, and east to Taiping Bridge Street. The history of the construction and development of Beijing Financial Street can be traced back to the 1990s. The construction form is mainly high-grade office, the core industry is the financial industry, including banking, insurance, securities and so on. Beijing Financial Street is located in the capital of China with the dual characteristics of the times and nationalities, and its spatial form is dominated by office buildings, which has remarkable spatial characteristics, and its open space plays an important role in the use of it. This paper takes the open space of Beijing Financial Street as the research object, using the methods of literature research, field investigation and interview, classification, comparison and analysis. On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the open space theory of the world, this paper makes a systematic and complete empirical study on the open space of the financial street, and discusses the development process of the Beijing financial street and the location characteristics of the open space of the Beijing financial street. The evolution of the characteristic elements of space, the classification of open space, and the analysis of the present situation and development reasons of all kinds of open spaces in Beijing Financial Street are carried out under this classification principle, and the problems and suggestions are put forward. This paper analyzes the form and current situation of open space in Beijing Financial Street, points out the problems contained therein, and puts forward some thoughts on the planning and design of open space under the rapid development of the city. It is hoped that the case study can be used as a reference for the construction of urban open space in the future.
