淄博松龄华府高层住宅楼施工建设项目工程进度管理研究

【摘要】:上世纪五十年代,以网络计划技术为基础的项目管理技术在西方诞生了。经过几十年的发展,项目管理技术已经普遍应用于各种建设项目,尤其最近十几年来,国内外普遍重视对项目管理的研究,并将其相关理论与工具广泛应用到各个项目的建设过程中。 工程施工项目进度管理作为项目管理的重要内容,它不仅关系到工程的成本、工期和质量,还直接关系到企业的经济效益、社会效益和信誉。目前,相当部分建筑施工单位由于在工程进度管理方面缺乏新理论、新技术的运用,致使工程项目经常不能按计划的工期完工,或者为了按计划完成工程而付出更大成本的代价,这不仅给业主、施工单位造成损失,也降低了施工单位在市场上的信誉和竞争力。因此,要想保证工程项目保质保量按计划完成,就必须对工程施工进度实施有效的管理。 本文应用项目管理相关理论,以淄博松龄华府高层住宅楼项目为例,对其施工阶段进度管理进行研究,探讨一种适合我国目前建筑工程项目管理模式的行之有效的工程进度管理方法。论文首先介绍了项目管理及项目进度管理的相关理论;然后介绍了淄博松龄华府高层住宅楼建设项目进度计划与控制的现状和存在的问题,并分析这些问题的原因所在;最后详细阐述了淄博松龄华府高层住宅楼项目进度计划编制的步骤和方法,并对进度计划的实施进行有效控制,并且对该施工项目的进度进行动态监控并适时调整,已达到进度管理的最大的优化。本论文的研究,对同类建筑施工项目进度管理有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the 1950s, project management technology based on network planning technology was born in the West. After decades of development, project management technology has been widely used in various construction projects, especially in the recent ten years, the research on project management has been generally attached importance at home and abroad. And its related theories and tools are widely used in the construction process of each project. As an important part of project management, project schedule management is not only related to the cost, duration and quality of the project, but also directly related to the economic, social and credibility of the enterprise. At present, due to the lack of new theory and application of new technology in project schedule management, quite a number of construction units often fail to complete the project as planned. Or in order to complete the project according to the plan and pay a greater cost, this not only to the owners, construction units caused losses, but also reduce the credibility and competitiveness of construction units in the market. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality and quantity of the project to be completed according to the plan, it is necessary to carry out effective management of the construction schedule. Based on the theory of project management and taking the project of Songling Washington high-rise residential building in Zibo as an example, this paper studies the progress management in construction phase. This paper discusses an effective project schedule management method suitable for the current construction project management mode in China. This paper first introduces the theory of project management and project schedule management, then introduces the status quo and existing problems of the construction schedule and control of Songling Washington high-rise residential building in Zibo, and analyzes the reasons for these problems. Finally, the steps and methods of drawing up the project schedule of Songling Washington high-rise residential building in Zibo are described in detail, and the implementation of the progress plan is effectively controlled, and the progress of the construction project is dynamically monitored and adjusted at the right time. The maximum optimization of schedule management has been achieved. The research of this paper has certain reference significance to the similar construction project schedule management.
