促进高层住宅邻里交往的内部公共空间研究

【摘要】:随着我国人口的增长及城市化进程的推进,城市居住密度越来越大,高层住宅因其节地性特征而得到快速的发展,逐渐成为我国大城市居民居住的主要方式。与此同时,相比于低层、多层住宅区,高层住区邻里冷漠、交往缺乏、家园感遗失等现象也暴露了其很多缺陷。于是,一些关于高层住宅外部空间环境的研究也不断出现,但是,高层住宅的高密度、离地居住等特征决定了其单纯依靠外部公共空间很难形成良好的邻里氛围。而内部公共空间作为高层住宅公共环境的重要组成部分却较少引起关注,一直以来内部公共空间被认为是作为交通功能使用,,但这部分空间其实是居民彼此接触最多,更容易产生交往的场所,但实际上其对邻里交往的促进作用并没有得到较好的发挥和利用。 本文将研究重点放在高层住宅的内部公共空间,探索促进邻里交往的内部公共空间形式。文章首先梳理国内外关于住区交往和高层住宅公共空间的研究成果,总结相关理论和经验,并发现研究的不足之处,界定研究范围。其次,以武汉为调研基地,选取两个典型的高层住区进行深入的邻里交往和公共空间研究,从中发现问题,并分析其邻里交往缺失的原因。然后,对环境心理学和环境行为学理论进行学习,借鉴其中与邻里交往空间相关的理论观点,同时通过对我国传统居住模式的分析,总结其促进邻里交往的空间特征,以其作为高层住宅交往空间设计的借鉴。最后,在以上研究、分析及借鉴的基础上,从接地空间、标准层空间、屋顶空间、空中庭院、空中街道以及交通模式和交往空间层次几个角度分别探索促进邻里交往的空间设计策略,并根据这些策略选取两种类型的高层住宅进行探索性概念设计。
[Abstract]:With the increase of population and the advancement of urbanization, the density of urban residence is increasing, and the high-rise residence has been developed rapidly because of its characteristics of saving land, and has gradually become the main way of living in large cities of our country. At the same time, compared with the lower level, multi-storey residential area, high-rise residential neighborhood apathy, lack of communication, lost sense of home and other phenomena also exposed its many defects. As a result, some researches on the outer space environment of high-rise residential buildings appear constantly. However, the characteristics of high density and off-site residence make it difficult to form a good neighborhood atmosphere by relying solely on external public space. However, the internal public space, as an important part of the public environment of high-rise residential buildings, has attracted less attention. All along, the internal public space is considered to be used as a traffic function, but this part of the space is actually the most contacted between residents. It is easier to produce the place of communication, but in fact, it does not play a better role in promoting the neighborhood communication. This paper focuses on the internal public space of high-rise residence and explores the internal public space form of promoting neighborhood communication. Firstly, this paper combs the domestic and foreign research results on residential communication and high-rise housing public space, summarizes the relevant theories and experiences, and finds out the deficiencies of the research, and defines the scope of the research. Secondly, taking Wuhan as the research base, two typical high-rise residential areas are selected to conduct in-depth neighborhood communication and public space research, from which the problems are found and the reasons for the lack of neighborhood communication are analyzed. Then, the author studies the theories of environmental psychology and environmental behavior, draws lessons from the theoretical viewpoints related to the neighborhood communication space, and summarizes the spatial characteristics of promoting the neighborhood communication through the analysis of the traditional residential mode of our country. Use it as a reference for the design of high-rise residential communication space. Finally, on the basis of the above research, analysis and reference, from ground space, standard layer space, roof space, aerial courtyard, The space design strategies for promoting neighborhood communication are explored from the air street, traffic mode and communication space level, and two types of high-rise residential buildings are selected for exploratory conceptual design according to these strategies.
