新加坡与厦门的绿道对比研究及对厦门绿道的指导

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的推进,城市建设用地持续增加,城市可供绿化建设的用地逐渐减少,加之城市规划缺少整体性、前瞻性,导致城市的生态环境受到一定程度的威胁。绿道网络不仅能够有效串联城市绿地、自然保护区、风景区、人文古迹等,还能在一定程度上缓解城市的无序蔓延和扩张,维持生物的多样性和生态系统的稳定性。 目前,国内绿道建设存在公共基础配套设施建设薄弱、绿道连接性不足、绿道使用率低下等问题,厦门绿道也正处于规划建设阶段。新加坡绿道网络建设较为完善、成熟。本论文采用归纳法、类比法及抽样研究法对新加坡与厦门绿道进行对比分析,总结新加坡的成功经验,为厦门今后建设舒适、便捷、可达性强、使用率高的绿道提供一定的指导,主要的研究成果如下。 (1)从绿道应关注的重点因子选线、布局及密度三个方面对比分析新加坡和厦门绿道的规划建设。得出新加坡在绿道选线中考虑的因素主要是自然要素、人文要素、现状道路及政策要素,厦门绿道选线更多地考虑自然景观和人文景观;新加坡绿道布局较厦门范围更广,层次更高,绿道布局类型主要为线形布局、环形布局及多环式布局,厦门绿道布局类型主要为多环式布局和车轮式布局;二者密度差异主要体现在厦门缺少社区绿道的规划,绿道等级不够完善,密度较低。 (2)从中尺度城市绿道对比分析新加坡和厦门的城市滨海绿道、城市道路绿道,提出厦门今后应完善城市绿道的构成部分,提升绿道的功能及内涵;总结社区绿道的特点,并分析新加坡社区绿道规划建设,为厦门社区绿道规划建设提供借鉴经验。 (3)基于厦门绿道建设的指导思想和指导原则,分析厦门环岛木栈道、{|{\湖水系慢行系统、文曾路道路慢行道等慢行系统存在的主要问题和不足之处,从绿道构成要素的完善角度,提出厦门社区绿道、城市滨海绿道、城市内湖绿道及城市道路绿道的建设建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the urban construction land is increasing, the land available for urban green construction is decreasing gradually, and the urban planning is lack of integrity and forward-looking, resulting in a certain degree of threat to the ecological environment of the city. Green road network can not only effectively connect urban green space, nature reserve, scenic area, cultural relics, but also alleviate the sprawl and expansion of cities to a certain extent, and maintain biodiversity and ecosystem stability. At present, there are some problems in the construction of green roads in China, such as the weak construction of public infrastructure facilities, the insufficient connectivity of green roads, the low utilization rate of green roads, etc. Xiamen Green Road is also in the stage of planning and construction. Singapore green road network construction is relatively perfect, mature. This paper uses inductive method, analogy method and sampling research method to compare Singapore and Xiamen Green Road, sum up the successful experience of Singapore, for Xiamen in the future to build comfortable, convenient, strong accessibility, The green road with high utilization rate provides some guidance, and the main research results are as follows. The main contents are as follows: (1) the planning and construction of Green Road in Singapore and Xiamen are compared and analyzed from three aspects: route selection, layout and density. It is concluded that the factors that Singapore considers in the selection of Green Road are mainly natural factors, humanistic elements, current road and policy elements, and Xiamen Green Road Route selection takes more consideration of natural landscape and humanistic landscape. The layout of green road in Singapore is wider and higher than that in Xiamen. The layout type of green road is mainly linear layout, ring layout and multi-ring layout, and Xiamen green road layout type is mainly multi-ring layout and wheel type layout. The difference of density between them is mainly reflected in the lack of community green road planning, the lack of green road grade and the low density. (2) A comparative analysis of urban green roads in Singapore and Xiamen in mid-scale. It is suggested that Xiamen should improve the components of urban green roads and enhance the function and connotation of green roads in the future; The characteristics of community green road are summarized, and the planning and construction of community green road in Singapore are analyzed, which provides reference experience for planning and construction of community green road in Xiamen. (3) based on the guiding ideology and guiding principle of Xiamen Green Road construction, this paper analyzes the main problems and shortcomings of slow moving system such as Xiamen Ring Island wooden Trestle Road, {\ Hushui system slow moving system, Wenzeng Road slow walk system, etc. From the point of view of perfecting the elements of green road, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of Xiamen community green road, urban coastal green road, urban lake green road and urban road green road.
